The last date of sale of tender forms and receipt of tender No. D2/2209/08 for the supply of Battery (Tubular 12V 66 Ah ) for the Computer Center Lab of the Main Computer Center of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology , Kottayam which was published as per tender notice of even number dated 17-7-2008 is extended as detailed below.

Those who want tender forms by registered post should send Rs . 35 extra for each tender forms besides the cost of tender forms by Money Order to the undersigned which should be received on or before 20-12-2008.
Tender forms can be had from the office of the Principal , Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology , Velloor P.O. , Pampady, Kottayam- 686 501 ( Phone No. 0481-2507763 ) on a cash remittance as above or by Money Order on all working days between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. and date . Cheques , Postage Stamps , Drafts , Postal Orders etc , will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender forms . The tender forms are not transferable .
As per the tender conditions , the tenderer should send along with this tender with an agreement executed duly signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value Rs . 50 and an E.M.D. 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered by way of DD in favoufavour of the Principal , Rajiv Gandhi Institutetitute of Technology , Kottayam. Tenders without agreement and E. M. D. will be rejected . Detailed specifications will be issued along with the tender forms .

Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite non transferable tender forms seperately for each tenders from the Principal, Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram Post , Palakkad - 679 513 on payment of the value noted above each by cash or by money order (postage charge Rs . 40 extra) . The cost of the tender forms will be accepted by means of cash or by money order only . The tender forms should be accompanied by an agreement executed in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 .
Tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No.D2-88/2008-09 for the supply of Equipments for Electronics and Communication Engineering Department and addressed to the Principal , Government Engineering College , Thrissur , Kerala. The last date for the receipt of tender 23-1-2009 , 2 p. m . The tenders will be opened at II a . m . on 24-1-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . is
Tenders should be clearly superscribed with the description and tender No. and the same will be opened on the specified date and time in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised repre- sentatives . The final acceptance of the tender rests entirely with the Government who do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any other tender.
