G. O. ( P) No. 119/2007 /LSGD .
Dated, Thiruvananthapuram , 30th April 2007 .
S. R. O. No. 624/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 15 ) of section 295 of the Kerala Municipality Act , 1994 (20 of 1994) the Government of Kerala , hereby authorize the Director of Urban Affairs , for the purpose of the said sub -section .

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification , but is intended to indicate its general purport .)
As per sub - section ( 15 ) of section 295 of the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994 it is provided to submit the annual report along with audit report of Municipality to the officer authorized by the Government for this purpose . The Government have decided to authorize the Director of Urban Affairs for this purpose .
This notification is intended to achieve the above purpose .
