17-1-2009 at 1 p . m . Late tenders will not be acce" pted. The tender will be opened on 17-1-2009 at 2 p. m . in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may he present atthat time.

Sealed Tenders are invited from authorized contractors for providing false ceiling for the Blood Bank of the District Hospital , Kanhangad . The details and work Schedule can be had from the District Medical Office (Health ) Kanhangad at Chemmattamvayal Bella (Post ) during office hours .
Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned , obtain the requisite tender form only through which tenders are to be submitted . Requisition for the tender form should be accompa- nied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 which is the cost for a form and Rs . 50 towards the sales tax . This amount will not be refunded under any circum- stances . Tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender documents will be closed on 16-1-2009 at 3p. m. Cheque/ Postage stamps etc will no be accepted towards the cost of Tender forms . Tender will be rejected on the spot , if not observed by Tender rules . (viz EMD/ Preliminary agreement etc.)
