Requisition for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 which is the cost for a form and Rs . 50 towards the sales tax. This amount will not be refunded under any circumstances . Tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender documents will be closed on 16-1-2009 at 3p.m. Cheques /Postage stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Tender will be rejected on the spot, if not observed by tender rules . (Viz . EMD/ Preliminary agreement etc.)

Sealed tenders arc invited from authorized contractors for the replacement of the pumping main pipe line of the District Hospital , Kanhangad . The details and work Schedule can be had from the District Midical Office (Health ) , Kanhangad at Chemmattamvayal Bella (Post) during office hours .
The cover containing the tender should be superscribed "Tender for the maintenance and modification of the operation. theatre of the District Hospital , Kanhangad as per No. C3 / 12678 /08 dated 18-12-2008" and should be addressed to the District Medical Officer of (Health) , Kanhangad, Bella Post Chemmattamvayal, Kasaragod District . Last date of receipt of tender is 17-1-2009 at 1 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened on 17-1-2009 at 2p.m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representa- tives who may be presentat that time.

Last date of receipt of tender is 15-1-2009 at 1 p . m . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tender will be opened on 15-1-2009 at 2 p . m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representa- tives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned, obtain the requisite tender form only through which tenders are to be submitted .
