covers are Competitive tenders in sealed invited by the Superintending Engineer , Harbour Engineering South Circle , Thiruvananthapuram for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala. for the following work from registered " A " class Contractors/Firms of State PWD and having the licence to work above 100 KVA connected load with H.T. Installation Licence from the Kerala Electrical Licensing Board.

Cost of tender form Rs . 1,000 + VAT.
Time of completion-6 months .
on to the Superintending Engineer, Harbour Engineering South Circle , Kamaleswaram . Tenders received after 3 p . m. 15-1-2009 due to postal delay or on any other reasons will not be considered. Department will not be responsible for any such delays . If the last date of receipt of tender happens to be a holiday , tender will be accepted up to 3 p . m . on the next working day . Preliminary Agreement signed in Kerala Stamp paper worth Rs . 50 and document for required EMD pledged in favour of the Superintending Engineer , Harbour Engincering South Circle , Thiruvananthapuram are also to be submitted along with the tender . The tender submitted without preliminary agreement and required EMD will be rejected outright . The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p . m . on the last date of receipt of tender in the presence of tenderers / authorized agents present at the time . The firm period of the tender shall be 4 months from the date of opening of the tender . All the conditions in the Kerala P. W. D. and allied . orders prevailing for consideration of tenders wil be applicable to this tender also . The undersigned reserves the right to reject the application for issuance of tender forms and also the submitted tender of any tenderer without assigning any reas on .
The tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned on all working days from 5-1-2009 to 9-1-2009 upto 3 p.m. on application in writing, proving the eligibility and on payment of cost and VAT . Tenders for the work shall be submitted in sealed cover with superscription of the name of work on or before 3 p . m . on 15-1-2009 8

ദർഘാസ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില രൂപ 1000+ മൂല്യവർദ്‌ധിത നികുതി .
[പ്രവർത്തി തീർക്കേണ്ട കാലാവധി 6 മാസം .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ്റെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 5-1-2009 മുതൽ 9-1-2009 வல പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറ വിലയും നികുതിയും അടച്ച് യോഗ്യത തെളിയിക്കുന്ന வேகள் ഹാജരാക്കി രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിൻറെ പുറത്ത് പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ വ്യക്‌തമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി രജിസ്‌‌ററർ തപാൽ /സ്‌പീഡ് പോസ്ററ് സർവ്വീസ് പേര ചെയ്ത മുഖേന
[PART III 15-1-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്കു മുമ്പ് ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പോസ്‌ററൽ കാലതാമസത്തിന് 309 വകുപ്പിന് യാതൊരു ഉത്തരവാദിത്വവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും വിധത്തിൽ അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തിദിവസം 3 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം 50 لمده വിലയ്ക്കുളള കേരള സർക്കാരിൻറെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിലുളള പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെൻറും กา ติ ธาร നിരത (ദ്രവ്യവും സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കെട്ടിവച്ചതിൻറെ രേഖയും ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . ഇവ ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ , അവ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്ന 15-1-2009 വൈകിട്ട് 3.30 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടേയോ അവർ രേഖാമൂലം പേരിൽ അധികാര പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസിൻറെ പിരീഡ് ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം മുതൽ 4 മാസം ആയിരിക്കും . കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസ് സംബന്‌ധമായ എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ദർഘാസ് പരിഗണനയ്ക്കുളള 200% അനുബന ഉത്തരവുകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും .
ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിനുള്ള പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളോ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ തന്നെ നിരസിക്കുന്ന തിനുളള അധികാരം ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന
