Collegiate Education Department RE - TENDER NOTICE

No. B2-493 /08 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of sports equipments mentioned below to Government College , Mokeri , Kozhikode District , under plan fund 2008-09 for Rs . 75,000,
The envelops should be superscribed as " Tender for the supply of sports equipment to the Principal , Government College , Mokeri , Mokeri , P.O. , Kozhikode District Pin. 673 516 as per Re- Tender Notice No. 1 /2008-09.
Last date of receipt of tender is 23-1-2009 , 3 p.m. and will be opened at 4 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers of their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Tenderers should submitt their tenders in the prescribed form which can be had from the undersigned on all working days from 10 a . m . to 2 p.m. on cash payment of Rs.400 + VAT 12.5 % ie . , Total Rs . 450 for original Tender and Rs . 200 + VAT 12.5 % ie . , Rs . 225 for the duplicate Those who wish to get tender forms by post should sent Money Order for cost of tender form and VAT along with the charge of registered post . The tender forms are not transferable .
An agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 should be executed along with the tender . The rate quoted in the readers should be inclusive of all taxes .
Sale of tender form will be closed at 2.30 p. m. on 23-1-2009 . DD is the name of the Principal , Govt . College, Mokcri , for Rs . 750 ( Rupees Seven Hundred and fifty only) towards the EMD drawn in favour of SBT Kuttiadi should be attached to the tender. Tenders without the required agreement and EMD will not be accepted on any account . Firms exempted from EMD should produce relevent records from the competent authority .
The undersigned reserves the right to the reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
മൊകേരി ഗവ . കോളേജിലേക്ക് 75,000 രൂപ വിലമതിക്കുന്ന സാമഗ്രികൾ വിതണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ഏകദേശം സ്പോർട് സ മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ ലഭിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 23-1-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണി യാണ് . അന്നുതന്നെ ( 23-1-2009 ) മണിക്ക് 4 വൈകുന്നേരം ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "സ്പോർട്സ് സാമഗ്രികൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാനുളള ദർഘാസ് " എന്നെഴുതി , പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവ , കോളേജ് , മൊകേരി , കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ല , 673 516 എന്ന വിലാസ ത്തിലയക്കാവുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 23-1-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2.30 - ന് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില വാറ്റ് നികുതിയുൾപ്പെടെ അസ്അസ്സലിന്450 രൂപയും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററിന് 225 രൂപയുമാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിലുളള എഗ്രിമെൻറും , പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവ . മൊകേരി എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ എസ് . ബി . ടി . കുററ്യാടിയിൽ നിന്ന് മാറാവുന്ന 750 രൂപയ്ക്കുളള ഡി ഡി യുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഉൾഉൾക്കൊളളുന്നതായിരി ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമാറാം ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ നിരക്കുകൾ എല്ലാ നികുതിയുമുൾപ്പെടെയുള്ളതായിരിക്കണം .
ആവശ്യമായ എഗ്രിമെൻറും നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഇല്ലായ ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ കോളേജാഫീസിൽ ജ്യമാണ് . യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ ലഭ്യമാണ് . യാ ദർഘാസുകൾ മുഴുവനായോ അല്ലാതെയോ നിരസി ക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്ത‌ത
