Competitive tenders in sealed cover super- scribing the name of work is invited by the Divisional Forest Officer , Kottayam on behalf of theGovernor of Kerala from the eligible recognized agencies for the installation and supply of Solar Power fence materials .
Nome of work-Installation and materials for Solar power fencing from Vazhavara Mangattukanam in Ayyappancovil to during 2008-09 . supply of Range P.A.C. Rs . 5.25 lakhs .
Earnest Money Deposit Rs . 13,125 ,
Cost of render documents Rs . 400+ VAT .
Date and time of issue of tender forms-12-1-2009 (10 a.m-5 p.m. ) to 19-1-2009, 12 Noon .
Last date and time of receipt of tender- 19-1-2009 , 1 p.m.
Date and time of op ning of tender- 19-1-2009 , 3 p . m .
Period of completion-45 daysays from the date of agreement or before 15-3-2009 whichever is carlier .
Rates VAT and conditions of supply of articles shouldbe clearly stated in respect of each item . The articles should be supplied and installed in the specified place before 31-3-2009 at their own expenses . Rules and regulations prescribed for tenders by the Government of Kerala and Store Purchase Rules regarding the supply of articles should be observed .
Ifthe last date of the receipt of the tender is to be declared as holiday, tender will be received/ opened on the next working day according to the schedules fixed .

ടെണ്ടർ സീകരിക്കുന്ന ദിവസം പൊതു അവധി ആയി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ടി സമയത്ത്, - ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും .
