TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE
The cost of tender forms will not be refunded under any circumstances . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 1 p.m. on 22-1-2009 .

മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിനു മുകളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിൻറെ ക്രമനമ്പരും പേരും എഴുതി അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ് പോലീസ് ( (പ്രിസൺസ് ) , ആസ്ഥാന കാര്യാലയം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം-12 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ജയിൽ

Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% EMD will be 2 p.m. on 23-1-2009 and will be opened at 4 p.m. on the same day, in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Late tenders will not be accepted . The rates quoted must be vaild upto 31-3-2009 .
Tender forms may be obtained from the Office of the Additional Director General of Police ( Prisons) on working days during office hours .
ദർഘാസുകൾ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം സഹിതം സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 23-1-2009 , 2 മണിക്കാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അതേ ദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാ യിരിക്കും .
Application for tender form should be accom- panied by cash remittance as detailed above.
താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ നിരക്ക് 31-3-2009 വരെ പ്രാബല്യത്തിലുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം .
അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ പോലീസ് ( പ്രിസൺസ് ) , തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിൻറ ഓഫീസിൽ രൊക്കം പണമടച്ചാൽ (പ്രവൃത്തി ദിനങ്ങളിൽ ഓഫീസ് സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിൽപ്പന 22-1-2009-0 . തീയതി 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ഫാറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം വി , പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കു കയോ ചെക്ക്/ പോസ്‌റേറജ് സ്ററാമ്പ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . വിശദ വിവരങ്ങൾ ജയിൽ ആസ്ഥാന കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി ദിനങ്ങളിൽ പ്രവർത്തനസമയത്ത് ലഭ്യമാണ് .
