Whether the denial of employment to Kum. Sindhu, Sheela , R. Rani , S. Sobhanakumari Thankachi and Sajeetha J. by the management of Krishnan Nair & Sons Watch Dealers , East Fort , Thiruvanantha- puram is justifiable or not ? If not , what are the relief they are entitled to ?

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists betweenSmt . Bindu Suresh , Managing Partner , Krishnan Nair & Sons Watch Dealers, Pathmavilasam Road, Fort P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram and the workmen of the above referred establishment representedby the General Secretary , Thiruvananthapuram Jilla General Mazdoor Sangham, Reg . No. 56/82 , Fort, Thiruvananthapuram in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between Smt . Indira , S. J. Cheruvuvila Veedu , Kunnumpuram , Nadumkad, Karamana P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram and the workman of the above referred establishment Smt . L. Rani , Murikkudy , Mudambil Veedu , Kalady , Karamana P. O. in respect of mattars mentioned in the annexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be seferred for adjudication to the Labour Court , Kollam. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months.
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by seation 10 (1 ) ( c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industria 1 ४

dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Kollam . The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months .
ANNEXURE
Whether the denial of employment of Smt . L. Rani , Lab Technician , Radhakrishna Hospital and Clinic by Smt . Indira , S. J. , Proprietor of the Hospital is justifiable ? If not, what reliefs are entitled to her ?

Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between The Proprietor , Chandra Cashew Factory , Mayyanad , Thekkumkara , Pullichira P. O. , Kollam and the workmen of the above referred establishment represented by the General Secretary , Kerala Cashew Staff Centre (GITU) , CITU Bhavan , Kollam in respect matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ; of And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 (1 ) ( c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Kollam . The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months .

Whether the termination from service of Shri K. Sankaran , Roaster on 30-4-2007 by the management of Chandra Cashew Factory, Mayyanad, Pullichira P. O. is justifiable ? If not , what relief the worker is entitled to get ?

Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an. industrial dispute exists between The Managing Director, Commander Commercial Agencies Private Limited, Super Market Building , First Floor, Vazhuthakkadu, Thiruvananthapuram and the workman of the above referred establishment Shri Anil Kumar ,Kumar, Victor Bhavan, Kavinpuram, Ooruttambalam , Thiruvananthapüram in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Kollam . The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months .

Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between ( 1 ) The President/ Anickadu Regional Farmers ' Service Co-operative Bank Limited No. 3867 , Pallikkathodu , Anickadu P. O. Korayam , (2) The Secretary , Anickadu Regional Farmers' Service Co - operative Bank Limited No. 3867 , Pallikkathodu , Anickadu P. O. , Kottayam and the workman of the above referred establishment Shri Benny Thomas , Anchanickal , Anickadu, Anickadu P. O. , Kottayam in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
powers Now, therefore, in exercise of the conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) ( d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal , Idukki . The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .

Whether the dismissal of Shri Benny Thomas, Clerk, the Anickadu Regional Farmers , Service Co-operative Bank Limited No. 3867 by the management of Anickadu Regional Farmers' Service Co - operative Bank Limited No. 3867 is justifiable ? If not what relief the workman entitled to ?
