Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the repair of 328 beds in various wards of Institute of Maternal and Child Health , Kozhikode (to remove the old broken rexin and cover with new Matin Nylon - 1 Quality Rexin- size 6 feet length 3 feet width and 3 inches breadth ) . The mattress should have minimum 12 months warranty and if any damages occurred within the period the tenderer must repair the same athis own cost .
Apptoximate Cost-Rs . 1,42,352.

Tender envelopes should be superscribed a "repair of matresses " with tender no . and date of opening and should be addressed to the Superintendent , Institute of Maternal and Child Health, Medical College , Calicut - 8 , Kerala . Tender will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized person who may be present at that tenders will not are not transferable . etc. are acceptable time, Belated be accepted . Tender forms Neither the Cheques , drafts towards the cost of tender forms nor will the tender forms willbe sent by VPP . Tender forms should be accompanied with 1 % EMD and preliminary agreement in Kerala Government Stamp paper worth Rs . 50. Tender not accom- panied by sufficient EMD with agreement will be liable to be rejected . The Tenderer must complete the work satisfactorily within one week on receiving or he will be responsible to the loss if any occurred . The tenderer must produce a sample of rexin in 5 inches with the tender . The Superintendent reserves , the right to reject postpone the tender without assigning any reason . All Government rules will be applicable to this tender . or
