Whereas Vice President , M/s . Navyuga Engineering Company Limited, Naval Academy, Project Site , Kannur has deposited with this Court a sum of Rs . 4,39,900 ( Rupees four lakhs thirty nine thousand and nine hundred only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri . R. Ajayan who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Navyuga Engineering Company Limited, Kannur and whereas it is reported that (1) Sri Ramachandran (father ) , Smt . Radhamani (mother ) , ( 3 ) Kumari R. Ajitha (unmarried sister ) , Palavilayil , Payyanalloor , Nooranadu P. О. , Alappuzha Dist . , Pin - 690 504 are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 ( 1 ) ( d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act . If any others claim to be such dependants should with in 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above . Claims preferred theirafter will not be considered . of നവയുഗ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കമ്പനി ലിമിററഡ് , നേവൽ അക്കാഡമി , പ്രോജക്‌ട്‌ സൈററ് , കണ്ണൂർ എന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ ขยา നോക്കി വരവേ അപകട മുണ്ടായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ( १. स . അജയൻറെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് വർക്ക്‌മെൻ്റസ് കോംപൻസേഷൻ നൽകു ന്നതിനായി രൂപ 4,39,900 (നാലു ലക്ഷത്തിമുപ്പ ത്തൊമ്പതിനായിരത്തി തൊള്ളായിരം രൂപ മാത്രം ) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . അന്വേഷണം നടത്തി യതിൽ ടിയാൻ ആശ്രിതരായി ( 1 ) ( ശ്രീ , രാമചന്ദ്രൻ ( ไดลา രാധാമണി ( മാതാവ് ) , അവിവാഹിതയായ ( പിതാവ് ) , (2 ) (3) കുമാരി സഹോദരി) , പാലവിളയിൽ , പയ്യനല്ലൂർ , നൂറനാട് പി . ഒ . , ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ല , പിൻ -690 504 എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉളളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . ടിയാൻറ ആശ്രിതരായി ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വ ചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസററിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസ ത്തിനകം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേണ്ടതും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുളള ഹർജി പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

Gyashmor who met with fatal accident while employed under the Electrical Division , K. S. E. B. , Cherthala and whereas it is reported that ( 1 ) Smt . Remya , C.M. (Wife ) , (2) Kumari Gourimol ( Minor daughter) , ( 3) Smt . Vasanthy (Mot her) , (4) Sri . Gopi , M.A. (Father) , Manjippuzhacheri House, Thuruthankavala, Muhamma P.O. , Alappuzha are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 ( 1 ) ( d ) of the Workmen's Compensation Act. സണ്ണിയുടെ (ശ്രീ . ജോണി കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമുണ്ടായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ (ശ്രീ . ബേബി മാത്യു, നല്ലുകുന്നേൽ, നാരകക്കാനം , തങ്കമണി , ഇടുക്കി എന്ന ആളുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴി ലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി 4,46,23 രൂപ ( നാല് ലക്ഷത്തി നാൽപ്പത്തി ആറായിരത്തി ഇരുപത്തി മൂന്ന് രൂപ മാത്രം ) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് . തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്‌ടിലെ 2 (1 ) (ഡി ) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാൻ ആ ശീതരായി (1) வனது ജോസഫ് (79 ) പിതാവ് , നല്ലുകുന്നേൽ , നാരക്കാനം , തങ്കമണി , ഇടുക്കി , അന്നമ്മ മാത്യു ( 68 ) മാതാവ് , നല്ലകുന്നേൽ , നാരകക്കാനം , തങ്കമണി , ഇടുക്കി , ( 3 ) ജിൻസി , (32 ) , സഹോദരി , നല്ലുകുന്നേൽ , മരിയാപുരം എന്നിവർ മാത്ര മേളളൂ എന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട്ചെയ തിരിക്കുന്നു . അപ്രകാര മുളള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെ ങ്കിലുമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവ സത്തിനകം എൻറെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . സമയത്തിനകം നിർദ്ദിഷ നകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചി ല്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യക്തികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . ശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ക്കുന്നതല്ല . അതിനു പരിഗണി
