TENDER NOTICE

are invited for the supply of Sealed tenders Materials for Library Automation for the year 2008-09 in Government College , Kattappana for Rs . 98,000 as specified in the schedule attached with tender form . Tender forms can be obtained from the College Office on payment of Rs . 400+ Sales Tax and duplicate for Rs . 200+ Sales Tax. The cost of tender form once paid will not be refunded. The sealed cover containing the tender should be addressed to " The Principal , Government College, Kattappana" with tender number and duly super- scribed on the cover "Tender for supply of Materials for Library Automaiton" . Tender should attach EMD @ 1 % of the total cost . Demand Draft in favour of the Principal , Government College, Kattappana for not less than Rs . 980 as EMD along with an agreement executed on stamp paper worth Rs . 50. All conditions stipulated in Store Purchase Manual of Kerala should be followed. The last date fixed on 20-1-2009 , 3 p . m. Intending tenderers should sent their tenders, so as to reach this office on or before 20-1-2009, 3 p . m . Late tenders will not be accepted. Received tenders will be opened on 20-1-2009, 3.30 p.m. in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives . Those who intend to purchase the tender form by post should send Rs . 50 by Money Order in addition to the amount .
കട്ടപ്പന ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2008-09-03 ലൈബ്രറി ഓട്ടോമെഷൻ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ നൽകു ന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . നൽകേണ്ടതായ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടികയും ടെണ്ടർ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കു ഫോറവും കോളേജ് ന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം ഒന്നിന് 400 രൂപയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററിന് 200 രൂപയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും ഫോമിന് അടച്ചഅടച്ച തുക തിതിരികെ നനൽകു ന്നതല്ല .ല്ല . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ്, കട്ടപ്പന " എന്ന വിലാസ ത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതും കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "2008-09 -ൽ ലൈബ്രറി ഓട്ടോമെഷൻ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെണ്ടർ " എന്ന് എഴുതിയിരിക്കേണ്ട തുമാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനമായ 980 രൂപയിൽ കുറയാത്ത തുക (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന് മറോവുന്ന രീതിയിലുള്ള ഡി . ഡി . ആയി ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതും ഇടപാട് സംബന്ധിച്ച കരാർ 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുമാണ് . ഇതിന് കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ പർച്ചേസ് മാനുവലിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ നിബന്‌ധനകളും ബാധകമാ യിരിക്കും . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെൻഡറുകൾ അവസാന തീയതി 20-1-2009 , 3 മണി എന്ന് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 20-1-2009 , 3 മണിക്കുമുമ്പായി കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം . വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്നവ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . അന്നുതന്നെ 3.30 മണിക്ക് ടെണ്ടർ വച്ചയാളുടെയോ അധികാരപ്പെട്ട പ്രതിനിധിയു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന താണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കേണ്ടവർ 50 രൂപയുടെ മണമണിയോർഡർ (പ്രിൻസിപ്പലിന് കിട്ടത്തക്കവിധം അയച്ചുതരേണ്ടതാണ് .
