TENDER NOTICE

Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Tools and Equipments to ITI , Kollam for Auto Electricals Air Conditioning and Auto Electronics for the training purpose .
Total Amount Rs . 1,15,300.
Cost of tender form :
Original Rs . 400 + 12.5 % VAT .
Duplicate Rs . 200 + 12.5 % VAT.
Last date and time of sale of tender form- 27-1-2009 , 3 p. m .
Last date and time of receipt of tender- 27-1-2009, 4 p . m .
Date and time of opening of tender- 28-1-2009 ,. 3 p . m.
The tenders should be superscribed with tender number, date and addressed to the Principal , ITI, Kollam- 14. Late and incomplete tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at the time and date mentioned above in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . The tenders should be in the prescribed form which can be obtained from the Office of the Principal on payment of Rs . 450.
Those who desire to get the tender forms by post should sent cost of the tender form+ postage by Money Order along with their application in favour of the Principal , ITI , Kollam- 14 , which is not refundable under any circumstances , Tender forms are not transferable. Drafts , Cheques , and Postal Order will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate forms will be issued on remittance of the prescribed rate . Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 required for executing the agreement along with tender will be supplied to the firms outside the State on remittance of Rs. 75 by M.O. , Rs . 25 is intended for postage and incidental of total cost of the articles should be furnished with every tender Validity period is 3 months from the opening of tender . tendered as D.D. date of The Principal , ITI , Kollam reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders or any of the tenders without assigning reasons thereof, വ്യാവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പിൻറെ കീഴിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന കൊല്ലം ചന്ദനത്തോപ്പ് ഐ . ററി , ഐ . -ൽ ആട്ടോ ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽസ് , എയർ കണ്ടീഷൻ ആട്ടോ ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്‌സ " ട്രെട്രെയിനിംഗിന് ആവശ്യമായ പട്ടികയിൽ പറയുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന തിന് താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .:

ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും -27-1-2009 , 4 മണി . 1-2009

ദർഘാസ് പണമായിട്ടോ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു . ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിൽ ടെൻഡറുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവ . ഐ . ടി . ഐ . , ചന്ദനത്തോപ്പ് , കൊല്ലം -14 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്നതും : പൂർണ്ണമല്ലാത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെൻഡറിനോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വിലയുടെവിലയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 3 മാസം വരെ വില നിരക്കിന് പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുളള വർക്കും ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നവർക്കും 75 രൂപ (25 രൂപ തപാൽ ചാർജ് , സ്‌റേഷനറി ചാർജ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ) മണിയോർഡർ അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ഡ്യൂരിക്കേററ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ആവശ്യമുളളവർ നിശ്ചിത തുക അടച്ച് വാങ്ങാവു ന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഇനത്തിൽ അടച്ച തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദുർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള പൂർണ്ണ മായ അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് .
