TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE
24th December 2008 .
No. M1-13961 /2008 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the installation of L.P.G. Ovens in 11 (Eleven) Prisons of Kerala .
The tender should be superscribed with the name and number of tender and addressed to the Additional Director General of Police (Prisons ) , Prisons Headquarters , Poojappura , Thiruvanantha- puram- 12 . The PAC of the tender will be Rs . 4,40,000 (Rupees Four lakhs forty thousand only) .
Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% E. M. D. will be 2 p . m. on 31-1-2009 and will be opened at 4 p . m . on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Late tenders will not be accepted . The rates quoted must be valid upto 31-3-2009 .
Tender forms may be obtained from the Office of the Additional Director General of Police (Prisons) on working days during office hours .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Dietary and Miscellaneous Articles required for the Sub Jails at Vythiri , Peermade, Devikulam , Muvattupuzha , Meenachil , Mavelikara under the Jail Department for the period from 1st April 2009 or at a later date and upto 31st March 2010s The tenders should be superscribed as the Tender for the supply of Dietary and Miscellaneous Article. for the year 2009-2010 and addressed to the Superintendent of the institution concerned.

The rates of each and every items in the Schedule of Articles have to be quoted in the tender forms. Tenders will be settled itemwise.
Application for tender forms shall be accompanied by cash remittance of price of tender forms fixed as per Government Order ( Ms. ) No. 1662/99/Fin . dated 30-7-1999. The cost of tender forms amounts to Rs . 400+12.5 % VAT for each Jail Institutions and are not transferable . The cost of duplicate tender forms is Rs . 200+12.5 % VAT. The filled up tender forms shall be submitted to the Superintendent of the institution concerned before the time and date prescribed and noted above. The tenders should be submitted along with duplicate. Late tenders will not be accepted under any circumstances .
The Superintendents of the Institutions hold the right to obtain the rationed items from the Ration Shops and Food Corporation of India and other available dietary and miscellaneous articles including mutton, fish (Fish to be purchase from Matsyafed onlyif available ) and firewood from any Government / Semi -Government Departments and Agencies /Maveli Store / Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporations / Triveni Departmental Stores/Co-operative Societies/Milma/Khadi and Village Industries /Horticorp /Neethi Stores etc. Tender is invited for the items which are not available in the above said sources . Further details can be had from the Superintendents of the institutions concerned during office hours .
കേരള സംസ്ഥാന ജയിൽ വകുപ്പിന്റെ കീഴിലുള്ള വൈത്തിരി സബ് ജയിൽ , പീരുമേട് സബ് ജയിൽ , ദേവികുളം സബ് ജയിൽ , മൂവാറ്റുപുഴ സബ് ജയിൽ , മീനച്ചിൽ സബ് ജയിൽ , ' മാവേലിക്കര സബ് ജയിൽ എന്നീ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് 2009-2010 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തേക്ക് അതാത് 1-4-2009 മുതൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അതിനു ശേഷമുളള ഏതെങ്കിലും ദിവസം മുതൽ 31-3-2010 വരെ ഭക്ഷണവിതരണത്തിനാവശ്യമായ സാധനങ്ങളും അതിനോട് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പലവക സാധനങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും നിർദിഷ്‌ട ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൽ മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . ടെണ്ടർ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത് അതാത് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ സൂപ്രണ്ട് മാർക്കായിരിക്കണം . കവറിനുപുറത്ത് 2009-10 - ലേക്ക് ഭക്ഷണ വിതരണത്തിനാവശ്യമായ സാധനങ്ങളും മറു പലവക സാധനങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള ടെണ്ടർ " എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 5-2-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 7-2-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിവരെ . ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും 7-2-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിവരെ .
ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം അതാത് സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ നിന്നും 400 രൂപയും 12.5 % വാറും നൽകിയാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം 200 രൂപയും 12.5 % വാറും നൽകിയാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ 30-7-1999 -ലെ ജി.ഒ. (എം , എസ് . ) 1662 / 99 / ഫിൻ . എന്ന സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവനുസരിച്ച് നിശ്ചിത വിലയ്ക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില അടച്ചത് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില പണമായി മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറങ്ങൾ നിശ്ചിത ദിവസത്തിനും സമയത്തിനും മുമ്പായി അതാത് സ്ഥാപനത്തിലെ സൂപ്രണ്ടിന് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
