SCHEDULE

Sealed and competitive tenders are invited from the manufacturers/suppliers for the supply of Milking Machines for Departmental Dairy Farms for the year 2008-09.

Details of Milking Machines to be supplied to the Departmental Dairy farms can be had along with the tender form, Government of Kerala Website-www.kerala.gov.in and the Department website ahdkerala.gov.in. Intending tenderers may send the exact amount towards the cost of tender form. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes only.

2. Each milking machine should be covered by a minimum guarantee period of 2 years including spare parts from the date of installation and trial run.

3. Instruction manual, should be specified and a copy shall be submitted along with the tender.

4. The supply should be from the new stock noting the original specification, make of model etc. 5. The supply and installation should be completed as per the date mentioned in the supply order.

6. The tenderers shall quote only factory assembled sets and equipments brought in parts and assembled in site will not be accepted.

7. The rate quoted should be in Indian Currency and the payment will also be in Indian Currency.

8. Ex-godown rates for destination will not be accepted and such tenders will be summarily rejected.

9. The successful tenderers should complete all supplies with in the stipulated time stated in the supply orders. No extension of supply period will be granted.

10. Offers of conditional supply will not be considered.

11. Payment will be effected only after successful installation and trial run. Advance payment is not possible.

12. The firms registered with Kerala Store Purchase Department and NSIC Ltd., should produce a copy of current registration certificate along with the tender for exemption of EMD.

13. The Security Deposit furnished by the firm will be released only after the guarantee period.

14. If the date scheduled for receipt/opening of tenders is declared as holiday (local/general) tenders will be received and opened on the next working day respectively.

15. The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves all the rights to delete any items from the tender without assigning any reason thereof.

16. The only jurisdiction for any dispute regarding this purchase will be at Thiruvananthapuram.

17. The photocopies of the documents produced along with the tender should be attested by a Gazetted Officer.

18. The items are to be supplied to the Departmental Farms as mentioned in the supply order.

19. The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves the rights to delete or waive any of the above special conditions.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply, installation and demonstration of Equipments for P. L. C. Lab of Electrical Engineering Department to Government Polytechnic College, Kasaragod.

The tenders should be superscribed "Tender No. 10/2008-09 for the supply of Equipments to P. L. C. Lab of Electrical Engineering Department" and adressed to the Principal, Government Polytechnic College Kassaragod, P. O. Periye, 671 316. The Last date for the receipt of tender is on 28-1-2009 at 11 a. m. The tenders will be opened at 2 p.m on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time.
