No. P/ 1062/2008 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Equipments for the use of Automobile Engineering Department of Government Polytechnic College , Kalamassery.
"Tender Tenders should be superscribed as for the supply of Equipments for the use of Automobile Engineering Department and addressed to "The Principal , Government Polytechnic College , Kalamassery , Aluva- 4 , Kerala , Pin-683 104 , so as to reach the same on or before 17-2-2009, 1 p . m . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 2 p . m . on 17-2-2009 in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders shouldbe submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 (Rupees Four hundred and fifty only) . for the original which is the price fixed for the form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The value of the tender form includes ST & AST . The tender forms are not transferable . Tender forms can be obtained by post by sending money order of Rs . 480 (Rupees Four hundred and eighty only) for original . Cheques ,Che Drafts , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will be the form sent by V. P. P. Sale of tender form will be closed at 3 p.m. on 16-2-2009 .
Earnest Money Deposit @ Rs . 1 % of the total cost of articles should be enclosed with each tender .

ദർഘാസുകൾ അഭക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനു പുറത്ത് ഓട്ടോമൊബൈൽ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറിലേക്ക് , ഉപകരണ ങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്ന് എഴുതിയിരി ക്കേണ്ടതും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് പോളി മെക്നിക് കോളേജ് , കളമശ്ശേരി , ആലുവ-4 , കേരളം , പിൻ -683 104 എന്ന വിലാവിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതു മാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ 17-2-2009 , 1 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം , ദർഘാസുകൾ 17-2-2009,2 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . തൽസമയം സന്നിഹിതരായി രിക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരൻറയോ അവർ ചുമചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കുന്നനിക്കുന്ന പ്രത്പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്നഅയയ്ക്കുറ ഫോറം 450 രൂപയ്ക്ക് പോളിടെക്നിക് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ടോ രൂപയ്ക്ക രജിസ്റോഡ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. തുക ഉൾപ്പെട്ടതാകുന്നു . 480 അംഗീഷ്യത നികുതികൾ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് വാങ്ങിയ ആളുടെ പേരിൽത്തന്നെ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ചെക്ക് , ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , തപാൽ സ്‌റ്റാമ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവ ഫോറത്തിൻറ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതോ ഫോറം വി.പി.പി , ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതോ അല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 16-2-2009-0. തീയതി 3 മണിവരെ ലഭ്യമാണ്. വിലയായി

കാരണ (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് പോളിടെക്നിക്ക് കോളേജ് , കോഴിക്കോട് -673 005 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 23-1-2009 , 3 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം . വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 24-1-2009 പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരായ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
Tender forms can be had on application to Principal , on which tender should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 440 (Rupees four hundred and forty only) +VAT + Rs . 50 which is fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Duplicate tender form will be available at a cost of Rs . 220 (+ VAT) +50 ( Tapal Charges) . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale will be closed on 23-1-2009 at 2 p . m . Cheques , DD's , Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of form . The form will not be sent by V.P.P.
