should accompained by a cash remittance of which is the price fixed for a tender form and it is not refundable under any circumstances . The Tender forms are not transferable . Cheque , Bank drafts etc , will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Tender Forms will be issued to the firm by registered post if payment is made by money order including postage charges of Rs . 25 for eachform . Money Order will be accepted only if received within 7 working days prior to the due date for submission of tender . Duplicate copy of tender forms , if required will be issued . Tender should be accompained by an agreement in Kerala stamp paper worth of Rs . 50 and EMD of 1 % of total amount tendered .
