As per reference cited, Senior Co-operative Inspector (HL), Neyyattinkara-1 was appointed as Liquidator of Manapuram Milk Production C.S. Ltd. No. 4036 for winding up the affairs of the society. But the order could not implemented so far.
ORDER
In the circumstances stated above, I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under section 71 (2) of the KCS Act , 1969. I hereby reauthorised and appointed Junior Co-operative Inspector, Handloom Circle, Neyyattinkara-1 as liquidator of Manapuram Milk Producers CS Ltd. No. 4036 for proceeding the liquidation work. The liquidator will take charge of the assets and records of the society and proceed the liquidation work forthwith.

As per order cited read above, orders were issued to wound up the affairs of Neyyattinkara Taluk Printing and Dying ICS Ltd. No. 3979 and JCI (HL), Neyyattinkara-1 has been appointed as liquidator. But the order could not be implemented so far.
ORDER
In the circumstances, I, in exercise of powers conferred on me under section 72 (1) of the KCS Act 1969 do hereby order that the affairs of the Neyyattinkara Taluk Printing and Dying Inds. Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 3979 be wound up and reautherised and appointed Smt. Laila, JCI (Inds.), Neyyattinkara Circle as liquidator under section 72(1) of the said Act. The Liquidator will take charge of the assets and records of the society forthwith and furnish the date of taking charge of the society.
The progress report of the liquidation work will be reported promptly.

As per the Government Letter No. 39768/K2/07/ID dated 10-10-2008 the Principal Secretary to Government Industries (K) Department has forwarded the minuites of the decision taken for reconstruction of Serifed by bringing it under the Local Self Government Department. The Government requested the Managing Director Serifed to take decision regarding the organization of staff and dissolution of Serifed. The Registrar has the power for the dissolution of Serifed and to transfer the asssets to the Rural Development Department. So in order to comply with the direction of the Government is has been directed to appoint a liquidator to the Serifed as per the powers conferred on me vide section 74 (1) of KCS Act. Hence the following orders are issued with immediate effect.

Read:—(1) Enquiry Report under Sec. 65 of JCI, TIO, Chittur No. JCI/Inds/2007/21 dated 5-2-2007.
(2) This office letter of even No. dated 2-2-2007 addressed to Secretary, Circle Co-operative Union, Chittur.
`` (3) Letter dated 8-3-2008 of the Palakkad District Co-operative Bank Ltd.
The Nallepilly Vanitha ICS Ltd. No. S IND (P) 52 was registered on 15-3-1977 and started functioning with effect from 16-3-1977. The main activity of the society is readymade garment manufacturing. Now the society is not functioning. For the last several years there is no business transaction in the society. The members of the society are not interested in the affairs of the society. There is no scope for the revival of the society. The Junior Co-operative Inspector (Ind), Chittur vide report read 1st above has recommended for final winding up of the affairs of the society. The Secretary, Circle Co-operative Union, Chittur was addressed to file objection if any in liquidating the affairs vide letter read as 2nd above. Vide reference 3rd cited the Palakkad District Co-operative Bank has informed that an amount of Rs. 3,23,580.38 is outstanding as debit and they are taking judicial activities against the society.
ORDER
In the above circumstances stated above and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 71(1) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, I do hereby order the4 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III final winding up of the affairs of the Nalleppilly Women ICS Ltd S. Ind (P) 52. The Junior Co-operative Inspector (Ind), Chittur is appointed as Liquidator of the society. The Liquidator will take charge of the Assets and records of the society forthwith and complete the liquidation work within 3 years from the date of this order.

IND (P) 136, Peruvemba, Palakkad District have been order to be wound up and the undersigned has been appointed as Liquidator, as per the Proceedings No. VI/3701/2001 dated 10-7-2008 of the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Palakkad and whereas the Liquidator has taken over charge of the assets and liabilities of the society, notice is hereby given that all claims against the society, shall be prefered to the undersigned in person through authorised agents within two months from the date of publication of this notice. IND (P) 54, Palakkad District have been order to be wound up and the undersigned has been appointed as Liquidator, as per the proceedings No. VI/235/02 dated 4-3-2008 of the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Palakkad and whereas the Liquidator has taken over charge of the assets and liabilities of the society, notice is hereby given that all claims against the society, shall be preferred to the undersigned in person through authorised agents within two months from the date of publication of this notice. Any claims prefered thereafter will not be considered.

The Society was registered on 24-9-1992 and started from 26-9-1992. The main object of the society is the development in the silk Reeling. The members of the society have not started any activity as per byelaw. The terms of the Committee has expired on 20-3-1998. No records available in the society for verification of the facts. No body has given information about the members of the society. A bank balance of Rs. 540 (as on 31-3-2007) is only available at S.B. Account No. 855 of Service Co-operative Bank, Peruvemba. There is no other asset to the society. The concerned members so as to ascertain the scope for revival of the society but the efforts are futile. It is reported that there is no scope for revival of the captioned society. Hence Senior Co-operative Inspector (HL) HQ, DIC, Palakkad vide report read 1st above has recommended for winding up of the affairs of the society. The Secretary, Circle Co-operative Union, Palakkad has also been addressed to file objection if any in liquidating the society vide letter read as 2nd. No reply has been received. No objection is received from the General Manager, Palakkad District Co-operative Bank vide read 3rd cited.
ORDER
In the above circumstances and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 71 (1) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act 1969, I do hereby liquidate the affairs of the Peruvemba Vanitha Kokkun ICS Ltd. No. S IND (P) 99 and the Senior Co-operative Inspector (Inds), Taluk Industries Office, Palakkad as liquidator to the society. The liquidator will take charge the Assets and Registers of the society forthwith. She shall complete the liquidation work within 3 years from the date of this order.
