UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES Aст , 1961

survey number of the Village noted below will be demarcated and surveyed and that every person claiming to be interested in the registered land. situated within or adjoining the undermentioned lands is hereby invited to attend immediately either in person or byby agent on the surveyor employed in the locality and also from time to time when called upon for the purpose of pointing out the boundaries and supplying information in connection therewith .
Under sub - section (2) of Section 6 of the said Act this notification shall be held to be a vaild notice to every person having any interest in the said land.
Whereas the Government have directed the survey of lands comprised in survey number noted below it is hereby notified under sub - section ( 1) of Section 6 of theKerala Survey and Boundaries Act , 1961 that survey operation will be started in the Village soon and the 179

Under sub-section (3) of section 6 of the said Act , all the registered holders are hereby required:-

(a) to clear within 15 days by cutting down or removing any trees , jungles , fences , standing crops or other material obstru- ctions, the boundaries or other lines the clearance of which may be necessary for the purpose of Survey; and
വിജ്‌ഞാപനപ്രകാരം കേരള സർക്കാർ 1990 മേയ് 14-ാം തിയതിയിലെ ജി . ഒ . (എം . എസ് . ) 345 /90 / ആർ . ഡി . നമ്പർ സ് പെ ഷ്യ തഹശീൽദാർ എൽ , എ . ( ജനറൽ) എന്നവരെ (1894-ലെ സ്ഥലമെടുപ്പ് ആക്ട് (1894.51 1-0- ആക്ട് ) -ന് വിധേയമായി ഒരു കളക്‌ടറുടെ ചുമതലകൾ നിർവ്വഹിക്കുന്നതിനുവേണ്ടി നിയമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന തിനാലും ;
(b) to provide labour at such time and for such periods as may from time to time be required by furnishing flag holders and chainmen; and
അതായത ഇതോടൊപ്പമുള്ള പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമി ഒരു പൊതു അരീക്കോട് ജി . എം. എൽ .പി . സ്ക്കൂൾ കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണത്തിന " ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെന്നോ മുണ്ടായേക്കാമെന്നോ പ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിനാലും ;
(c) to provide suitable survey marks and otherwise to give such assistance in the survey as may be demanded under the said Act or the rules made thereunder.
ഇപ്പോൾ തൻമൂലം ഇതുമായി ബന്‌ധപ്പെട്ട എല്ലാ വ്യക്‌തിക്കും 1894 -ലെ സ്ഥലമെടുപ്പ് (1894-021 1.00 ( " s") 4-0 ° ( 1 ) -00 ഉപവകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക് അനുസൃതമായി ഇക്കാര്യത്തിലുളള അറിയിപ്പ് ഇതിനാൽ നൽകുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
If any person fails to comply with these requi- sitions under clauses ( a) to (c) mentioned above, the work will be got done by employing hired labour and the cost thereof will be recovered from the defaulters as provided in the Act and Rules made thereunder.
