Collegiate Education Department SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. A2-2197 /2009/ CDC .
2nd January 2009 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer and accessories to S. N. G. S. College, Pattambi for Rs . 1,00,000 ( One lakh only) .
The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Computer and accessories for the year 2008-09 under CDC Fund " and addressed to The Principal , S. N. G. S. College , Pattambi , P. O. MalMale Pattambi , Pin- 679 306. Last date for the receipt of tender is 2 p.m. on 30-1-2009. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Security Rs . 5 % of bid amount .
EMD-Rs . 1 % of bid amount .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Srce Neelakanda Government Sanskrit College, Pattambi , P.O. Male Pattambi , Pin- 679 306 to obtain the requisite tender form on which tender should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accom- panied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 (Rs . 400+ S. T. ) which is the price fixed for a form/ set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Rs. 50 extra for sending forms by post. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender form willbe closed at 11 a.m. on 30-1-2009 . Cheque/ DD/Postage Stamps etc. will notbe accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms will be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms , if any required will be issued at Rs . 225 (Rs . 200 + S.T. ) Per copy. More details can be had from the Office between 10 a.m. to 4. p.m. on all working days .
ശ്രീ നീലകണ്o സർക്കാർ കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2008-09 വർഷത്തേക്ക " കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകളും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും നൽകുവാൻ താല്പര്യ മുളള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .
അടങ്കൽ തുക -രൂപ 1,00,000 .
ദർഘാസുകൾ ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനു മുകളിൽ 2008-09 വർഷത്തേക്ക് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകളും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് " എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ശ്രീ നീലകണ്ഠൻ സർക്കാർ സംസ്കൃത കോളേജ് , പട്ടാമ്പി , മേലേ പട്ടാമ്പി പി.ഒ. , പിൻ -679 306 എന്നന്ന '' വിലാസത്തിൽവിലാസ 30-1-2009 -ന ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്കുമുമ്പായി കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം , വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദീവസം 3 മണിക്ക് സന്നിഹിതരായ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടേയോ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
സെക്യൂരിററി 5 % . EMD-1%.
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്‌ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഫോറം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , (ശ്രീ നീലകണ സർക്കാർ സംസ്കൃത കോളേജ് , പട്ടാമ്പി , മേലേ പട്ടാമ്പി -679 306 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായ 450 രൂപ (400+ വി.നി . ) അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് , തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം അപേക്ഷി ക്കുന്നവർ നവർ 50 രൂപ അധികമായിരൂപ അധികമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . SSI യൂണിററുകൾക്ക് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയുടെ ഭാഗം അടച്ചാൽ മതി. ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില മടക്കി കൊടുക്കു ന്നതല്ല . ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല .
ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിൽപ്പന 30-1-2009 - ന് "രാവിലെ 11 മണിവരെ നടത്തുന്നതാണ് . ഡി.ഡി , ചെക്ക്/ പോസ്റോജ് സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കു ന്നതല്ല . വി . പി . പി . ആയി ഫോറം അയച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നതുമല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് കോപ്പി ആവശ്യ മുളളവർ 225 രൂപ അധികമായി അടയ്ക്കണം , കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങളും , ലിസ്‌ററും പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
