Tenders should be superscribed with Tender Number as indicated in the statements below and shoud be addressed to the Superintendent , Institute of Maternal and Child Health , Medical College , Kozhikode-8 , Kerala . Tenders will be opened at 11 a . m . on 12-3-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized persons who may be present at that time . Belated tenders will not be accepted .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, Institute of Maternal and Child Health , Medical College, Kozhikode-8 , Kerala will obtain the requisite tender form in which the tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompaniedby the cash remittance as noted above for a set of tender forms which will not be refunded under any circumstances . Postage Stamps , Draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Tenderforms will not be sent by VPP .
The tender shouldbe accompanied by EMD amounting to 1 % (Rounded to next 1 Rupee ) of the total cost of the articles tendered for . The tenders not accompanied by sufficient EMD will not be ontertained.
The EMD should be submitted as bank draft. The quality of the items should be ensured by the supplier and sample of the same has to be suplied along with the tender.
Quote only for the items which is approved by KSACS /NACO .
Quote the price inclusive of all taxes , which should be mentioned clearly.
