Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. shall not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. Further details are available from Prisons Headquarters during office hours.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Steel Utensils, viz . , montha, plates , glass , bucket , spoon etc. , for use of prisoners at various Jails In Kerala .
ബക്കററ് കേരളത്തിലെ വിവിധ ജയിലുകളിൽ തടവു കാരുടെ ഉപയോഗത്തിനായി സ്ററീൽ പാത്രങ്ങളായ മൊന്ത , പ്ലേറ്റുകൾ , ഗ്ലാസ് , സ്‌പൂൺ , തുടങ്ങയിവ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
The tender should be superscribed with the Number , Name of Tender and addressed to the Additional Director General Police (Prisons), Prisons Headquarters , Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram- 12 . of
P.A.C. Rs . 1,75,000 (Rupees one lakh seventy five thousand only) .
Cost of tender form :
കവറിനു ദർഘം മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ മുകളിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാനുദ ദേശിക്കുന്ന സിൻറെ ക്രമനമ്പരും പേരും എഴുതി അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ * പോലീസ് ( പ്രിസൺസ്), ജയിൽ ആസ്ഥഥാന കാര്യാലയം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -12 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്.
Original Rs . 400+VAT .
അടങ്കൽ തുക 1,75,000 രൂപ ( ഒരു-1,75,000 എഴുപത്തയ്യായിരം രൂപ മാത്രം) .
Duplicato Rs . 200 +VAT .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില :
അസ്സൽ രൂപ 400 + വാറ
പകർപ്പ്-രൂപ 200 + വാറാ" .
Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% EMD will be 11 a.m. on 30-1-2009 and will be opened at 12 Noon on the same day, in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Late tenders will not be accepted. quoted must be vaild upto 31-3-2009 . The rates
ദർഘാസുകൾ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യം സഹിതം സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 30-1-2009 , 11 മണിക്കാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേ ദിവസം 12 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാ യിരിക്കും .
Tender forms may be obtained from the Office of the Additional Director General of Police (Prisons) on working days during office hours .
താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ നിരക്ക് 31-3-2009 വരെ പ്രാബല്യത്തിലുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം .
Application for tender form should be accompaniedby cash remittance, only.
അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ പോലീസ് ( (പിസൺസ് ) , തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിൻറ ഓഫീസിൽ രൊക്കം പണമടച്ചാൽ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിനങ്ങളിൽ രാഫീസ് സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻെറ വിൽപ്പന 29-1-2009-00 തിയതി 12 ๑๓๑๑ അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ഒർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കു കയോ ചെക്ക് / പോസ്റോ ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ജയിൽ ആസ്ഥാന കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ് .
