Tenders are invited by the Farm Superintendent, District Agriculture Farm, Thodupuzha for the supply of 100 (one hundred only) kilograms of 15x10 cm. size 200 gauge polythene bags with 12 drainage holes for raising pepper nuresery.

CONDITIONS

1. The sealed Tender should reach this office on or before 29-1-2009, 1 p.m.

2. The Tender will be opened on 29-1-2009 at 3.30 p.m.

3. The lowest rate in Tender Form will be accepted subject to the approval of higher authorities.

4. The rate per kilogram should be quoted inclusive of freight charges etc. The quantity requires may increase or decrease. The party should supply the above materials at the quoted rate till 31st March 2009.

5. All Government rules regarding quotations are applicable to this quotations also.

നിബന്ധനകൾ

1. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറങ്ങൾ 2009 ജനുവരി 29-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 11 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറ ത്തിന്റെ വില 150 (നൂറ്റിയൻപത്) രൂപയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതി യുമായിരിക്കും.

2. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച മുദ്രവെച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ 2009 ജനുവരി 29-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12.30 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കു ന്നതാണ്. എന്തെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ടി ദിവസം അവധി ആയാൽ, തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ടെ≠ർ നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

5. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ആളുടെ പേരിൽ ടെ≠ർ താല്ക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. മേലധികാരികളുടെ അനുമതി ലഭിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് അറിയിപ്പ് തരുന്നതും, അറിയിപ്പ് ലഭിച്ച് 7 (ഏഴ്) ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനം എത്തിച്ചുതരേ≠തുമാണ്. ടി നിരക്കിൽ മണൽ 30-4-2009 വരെ ഫാമിൽ എത്തിച്ചു തരുവാൻ കരാറുകാരൻ ബാദ്ധ്യസ്ഥനായിരിക്കും.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes only.

2. Each setter and Hatcher should be covered by a minimum guarantee period of 2 years including spare parts from the date of installation and trial run.

3. Instruction manual, full technical wiring diagram with components, outside dimensions, floor space, minimum space required in the front side of the machine, room door size. Ventilation etc. should be specified and a copy shall be submitted along with the tender.

4. Electrical and water supply details, complete installation as per the rules and regulations of the electrical inspectorate should be done by the supplier in the space provided by this department including water connection. Department will provide only room to install the Setter & Hatcher including the electric supply point and water supply point.

5. The supply should be from the new stock noting the original specification, make of model etc.

6. The supply and installation should be completed as per the date mentioned in the supply order.

7. The tenderers shall quote only factory assembled sets and equipments brought in parts and assembled in site will not be accepted.

8. The rate quoted should be in Indian currency and the payment will also be in Indian currency.

9. Ex-go down rates for destination will not be accepted and such tenders will be summarily rejected.

10. The successful tenderers should complete all supplies with in the stipulated time stated in the supply orders. No extension of supply period will be granted.

11. Offers of conditional supply will not be considered.

12. Payment will be effected only after successful installation and trial run. Advance payment is not possible.

13. The firms registered with Kerala Store Purchase Department and NSIC Ltd., should produce a copy of current registration certificate along with the tender for exemption of EMD.

14. The Security deposit furnished by the firm will be released only after the guarantee period.

15. If the date scheduled for receiving/opening of tenders is declared as holiday (local/general) tenders will be received and opened on the next working day respectively.

16. The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves all the rights to delete any items for the tender without assigning any reason thereof.

17. The only jurisdiction for any dispute regarding this purchase will be at Thiruvananthapuram.

18. The photocopies of the documents produced along with the tender should be attested by a Gazetted Officer.

19. The items ate to be supplied at Duck Farm Niranam, Thiruvalla in Pathanamthitta District.

20. The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves the rights to delete or waive any of the above special conditions.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

The feed supplied must be as per the standards given above.

The payment will be made only after the feed has been tested in a government feed analytical laboratory.

In case there is loss of life consequent to the feeding of sub standard feed supplied, necessary damages as decided by the Kozhikode District Panchayath will have to be paid by the contractor. Any item rejected by the Indenting officer shall be taken back by the supplier at his cost and should not dispose any such items in the premises of the farm.

The quantity specified in the schedule is only an approximate requirement. This may vary depending on actual need. The contractor shall supply at least 25% in excess of the quantity mentioned at the same rate if needed.

The period of Annual Running Contract can be extended till the next contract is fixed.

On receipt of an indent the supply should be completed within 15 days, failing which the feed will be purchased from the open market and the loss on account of this will have to be borne by the contractor. The decision of the Indenting officer or the person authorised by him in this matter will be final and shall be binding on the contractor and cannot legally be questioned in any court of law.

The acceptance of the tenders is subject to the condition that the contract for any or all the items will be liable for termination within one month's notice as per the decision of the Kozhikode District Panchayath without assigning any reason.

All tenderers should furnish the EMD Rs. 10,000 and this may be furnished as DD of any nationalised bank drawn in favour of the Assistant Director, Regional Poultry Farm, Chathamangalam, NIT Campus P.O. payable at Chathamangalam.

The accepted tenderers should execute an agreement in the requisite Kerala Government Stamp Paper duly furnishing 5% of the total contract amount as security deposit within 15 days on receipt of confirmation orders which shall be returned on termination of the contract. Supply of the materials may be effected even before executing the agreement but payment will be released only after executing the same.

The EMD of the unsuccessful tenderers will be released only on receipt of confirmation orders of tenders approved.

As the tender is on a running contract basis all tenderers are to furnish the EMD at the time of submitting the tender. EMD furnished later will not be accepted and tenders without EMD will be rejected as such. EMD paid for some other tender or dues to the contractor from the Kozhikode District Panchayath for any previous supplies will not be adjusted to this tender.

Sealed competitive and superscribed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers/dealers to supply spare parts to the various Hospitals attached to the District Medical Office of Health, Kannur for the year 2008-09.

Tenders should be superscribed "Tenders for the supply of Spare Parts for the repair for Hospital Equipments of Kannur District for the year 2008-09" and addressed to the District Medical Officer of Health, Kannur, Civil Station P. O., Kannur-670 002. Tender should quote for all the items (Name of spare parts) shall be quoted including comprehensive AMC for 5 years.

Probable Amount of Cost—Rs. 98,865.

Cost of tender forms:

Original—Rs. 700 + 12.5% VAT

Duplicate—Rs. 350 + 12.5% VAT

3. An EMD at 1% of the cost of items tendered for shall accompany the tenderer by Demand Draft drawn in favour of District Medical Officer (H), Kannur subject to the minimum of Rs. 1,000. The firms who are exempted for furnishing EMD should enclose the attested copy of the exemption order. EMD will not carry any interest.

4. Rates and sales tax and condition of supply of articles should be clearly stated in respect of each item.

5. Articles should be supplied within 15 days of the receipt of supply order at their own cost at District Medical Office (H), Kannur.

6. Tenders will be opened in the presence of such of the tenderer's or their authorized representatives who may be present at the time of opening of tender.

7. Due to any reason if the day of opening the tender is declared as a public holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day.
