NOTICE OF RESOLUTION OF VOLUNTARY WINDING UP

Under section 485 (1) of The Companies Act, 1956 IN THE MATTER OF COMPANIES ACT 1956

TRAVANCORE WOOLS & WEAVES (P) LTD

Registered on 10th day of October 1995

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company held at the Registered Office of the company at Saktheeswaram Junction, Ward I/CMC, Velorvattom, Cherthala on Wednesday, the 7th day of January 2009, the following resolution was passed:—

Passed as a Special Resolution:—

"RESOLVED THAT pursuant to Section 484 (1)(b) of the Companies Act 1956, the Company be wound up voluntarily"
