ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 16-2-2009 വരെ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 2 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില 700 രൂപയും (വാറ് , സെസ് പുറമേ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വവില 400 രൂപയും (വാററ്, സെസ് പുറമേ ) നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ഒറിജിനൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കു മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം നൽകുകയുള്ളു . തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യ മുളളവർ 50 രൂപ അധികം മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ തുകയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതലായോ കുറവായോ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന മണി ഓർഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ചെക്ക് , ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡ്രാഫ്റാം , സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോാത്തിൻറെ വിലയായിായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല .

Compactive sealed tenders are invited for the supply of English Language Lab Equipments to Government College , Mokeri , Kozhikode District .

Total Estimate-Rs . 3,95,000 .

The envelops should be superscribed as " Tender for supply of Language Lab Equipment " to the Principal ,Government College , Mokeri , Mokeri P.O. , Kozhikode District , Pin -673 516 as per Tender Notice No. 3 /2008-09 .

Last date of receipt of tender is 11-2-2009, 2.30 p.m. and will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 11-2-2009 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Tenderers sheshould submitt their tenders in the prescribed form which can be had from the undersigned on all working days from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on cash payment of Rs . 788 for original Tender and Rs . 450 for the duplicate. Those who wish to get tender forms by post should sent Money Order for cost of tender form along with the charge of registered post . The tender forms are not transferable .

An agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tender . The rate quoted in the tenders should be inclusive of all taxes , cess and duties .

Sale of tender form willbe closed at 2.30 p . m . on 10-2-2009 . DD in the name of the Principal , Govt . College , Mokeri , for 1 % EMD drawn in favour of SBT, Kuttiadi should be attached to the tender . Tenders without the required agreement and EMD will not be accepted on any account .

TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE

15th December 2008 .

No. A3-1391/2008 .

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply and the installation of LCD Projector and Equipments for LAN Facility to the Government College, Kasaragod under State Plan (2008-09) Accreditation of Colleges with NAAC .

The tender should be superscribed as " Tender for the supplysupply and installation of LCD Projector and Equipments for LAN Facility to the college under State Plan (2008-09) Accreditation of College with NAAC . and addressed to the Principal , Government College , Kasaragod, Vidyanagar P.O. , Kasaragod.

The last date and time of receipt of the tenders has been extented to 7-2-2009 2 p . m. instead of 6-1-2009 2 p . m. as per extension notice even No dated 15-1-2009 and the same will be opened at 4 p . m . on that day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted on any account .

The application for tender form should be accom- panied by a cash remittance of Rs . 728 [Rs . 700+ Rs . 28 ( S. T. ) ] being the cost of tender form including Sales Tax . Tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2p . m . on 7-2-2009 instead of 6-1-2009 .

Cheques, Demand Drafts or the postal orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender form . Rates and conditions for the supply of lab equipments, maximum period required for the delivery of articles should clearly be mentioned . The rates should remain stable till 31-3-2009 .

Every tender should be accompanied by an agreement in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs . 50. and an E. M. D. of 1 % of quoted the value in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government College, Kasaragod. Tenders without E.M.D. will be rejected, but from the firms which are exempted from furnifurnishing E.M.D. on production of clear documentary evidence . Whenever purchase of computer is made , the machine with accessories , will be tested by L.B.S. or competent authority and payment made after that .

The undersigned reserves the right to extend , tenders without assigning any cancel or reject the reason thereof.
