Tender No. and date should be superscribed on such envelope and addressed to the "Superintendent , Mental Health Centre, Thiruvanan- thapuram" . Late tenders will not be accepted . Cost of tender form should not be returned under any circumstances . Tender should be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of " Superintendent , Mental Health Centre , Thiruvananthapuram" which should not be less than one per cent of the price quoted . Duplicate tender forms will be issued to those who purchased original . The undersigned has the right to reject any offer without assigning reason thereof.
