Medical Education Department TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE
5th January 2009 .
No. S6/ 13262 /2008 /MCC.
Sealed and competitive tenders in the prescribed forms are invited from the manufacturers or authorised distributors for the supply of Hand Held Doppler for the Department of Plastic Surgery, Medical College , Kozhikode .
Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal , Medical College , Kozhikode - 8 directly on payment of Rs . 170 on or before 5-2-2009 at 11. a.m. or by Registered Post on or before 31-1-2009, 3.30 . p . m . producing Money Order taken in favour of Principal , Medical College , Kozhikode for Rs . 200 . Duplicate Rs . 113. Estimated Cost Rs . 40,000 . Earnest Money Deposit 1 % of the total cost of the item.
"Tender Tenders should be superscribed as No. S6 / 13262 / 08 / MCC " and addressed to the Principal , Medical College , Kozhikode - 8 . Tendersaders should be submitted on or before 5-2-2009 , 11 a.m. Belated tenders will not be accepted . Each tender should be submitted along with an agreement signed and executed in Kerala Govt . Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and EMD @ 1 % of the total cost of the items tendered for. The tenders will be opened on 5-2-2009 at 11.30 a . m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives.
Rate should quoted in Indian Rupees only against payment . The tenderers without the agreement and sufficient Earnest Money Deposit and the tenders that do not satisfy the conditions are liable to be rejected without any notice . Cheque , Draft , Postage Stampsetc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Stamp Paper will be supplied to the firms outside Kerala , on request , along with the remittance of Rs . 87by Money Order taken in favour of the Principal , Medical College , Kozhikode .

50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ വാഗ ദർഘാസി നിശ്ചിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തോടുകൂടി നോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
