It is hereby notified for the information of the Public that a Teak Wood lying down in the College Campus (near Pharmacy Premises) will be sold in Public Tender/ Auction by the Principal or any officer authorized by him on 10-2-2009, 3.30 p. m. at Government Ayurveda College Campus, Tripunithura. If the date of tender/auction noted above is declared as Public Holiday, the tender/auction will be conducted in the next working day at the same time and place.

ഒഴിവായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നപക്ഷം തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം നി›ിത സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും ടി ലേലം നടത്തുന്ന തായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 10-1-2009 മുതൽ ലേല ദിവസം ഉച്ചക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ നി›ിത വിലയും നികുതിയും അടച്ചാൽ തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ നിരതദ്രവ്യം പണമായിതന്നെ അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. പൂരിപ്പി ച്ചതും മുദ്രവച്ചതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നി›ിത നിരതദ്രവ്യ ത്തോടൊപ്പം 10-2-2009 പകൽ 3 മണിവരെ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അതേ ദിവസം പകൽ 4 മണിക്ക് നിരത ദ്രവ്യം അടച്ചവർ/ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ചവരെ മാത്രം പങ്കെടുപ്പിച്ച് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽവച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതും അതിനുശേഷം ടി ലേലത്തിൽ സന്നിഹിതരാകു ന്നവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതുമായി രിക്കും. നിരതദ്രവ്യം പണമായി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠താണ്. ലേലമോ ദർഘാസോ ഏതാണ് കൂടുതൽ ആ തുക വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്ത വൃ‡ിയുടെ പേരിൽ ലേലം/ ദർഘാസ് ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
