Whereas the above named Petitioners have applied for the grant of a Succession Certificate for Rs. 1,56,321 in the name of the Petitioners, T. Krishna Veni Amma and T. Vijaya Kumar in respect of the debts and securities due to the deceased Sri T. Vikraman Nair,

who was residing at T. C. 13/320, ANRA-29 (A), Aiswarya Nagar, Kesavadasapuram, Medical College P. O., Thiruvananthapuram.

Notice is hereby given that the said Original Petition is posted for appearance before the above Court at 11 a. m. on 18-2-2009. Any person interested in opposing the application may enter appearance on the above date and time before the above Court failing which the case will be decided ex parte.
