As per proceedings read above a Provisional Seniority List of Lower Division Clerks of Co-operative Department for the period from 1-1-2005 to 31-12-2005 was approved and the same was published in the Kerala Gazette dated 14-11-2006 and the finalization is in progress.
Now a Provisional Seniority List of Lower Division Clerks from 1-1-2006 to 31-12-2006 is enclosed herewith.
The Controlling Officers should bring the list to the notice of the officers concerned.
The objections if any to the rank list and seniority assigned in the Provisional Seniority List enclosed should be filed within 30 days from the date of receipt of this communication with full particulars.
