The pre - qualification tenders are invited by the Superintending Engineer , Roads and Bridges North Circle , Kozhikode for the following works .
E.M.D. Rs . 50,000 should be endorsed in favour o Superintending Engineer . The date of issue of tender documents from 9-2-2009 to 13-2-2009 upto 1 p . m . Last dateof receipt of tender is on 20-2-2009 upto 4. p. m . The technical bids will be opened at 4.30 p.p . m. on the same day. It will falls a holiday, the next working day will be taken into account . The contractor having 'A' class registration in P.W.D./Irrigation Name ofwork-
(1) Malappuram District- One crore to each constituency (Mankada LA) Improve- ments to Panganpara Puthiyangadi road km. 0:00 to 7/005 in Malappuram District
Estimate PAC-Rs . 160 lakhs .
Cost of tender form-Rs . 24,000 -+- VAT.
Time of Completion- 12 Months .
(2) Malappuram District- One crore to each constituency ( Malappuram LA) -Improve- ments to Vengara-Kooriyad road km. 0/00 to 7/600 .
Estimate P.A.C. Rs . 148 lakhs .
Cost of tender form-Rs . 22,200 +VAT .
Department of Kerala State and who have completed at least one work of similar nature having a magnitude of 40% of the estimate cost of above works within 5 years. The documentscuments in proof of of this shall be produced along with the application for tender documents . The E.M.D. and preliminary agreement should be enclosed within the technical bid . All other conditions prevailing in P.W.D. regarding pre- qualification bids and tenders are and those laid down in G. O. ( P) No. 84 /97/ PW & T cated 19-8-1997 will beapplicable. Concession which are allowed to the Kerala State Construction Corporation and Labour Contract Co - operative Societies as per rules in forcewill be applicable . Tender documents will be accepted by this office only through Registered Post/ Speed Post. Further details can be had from this office on all working days .

നിർമ്മാണ കാലാവധി -12 മാസം .
നിരതദ്രവ്യം 50,000 രൂപ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീ യറുടെ പേരിൽ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തി വയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. പ്രവർത്തിയുടെ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ 9-2-2009 മുതൽ 13-2-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിവരെ നൽകുന്ന താണ് . ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 20-2-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ , മുൻയോഗ്യതാ പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ അന്നേദിവസം 4.30 -ന് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . അന്നേദിവസം അവധിയാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
നിരതദ്രവ്യം, പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി എന്നിവ പ്രീ- ക്വാള ഫിക്കേഷൻ ബിഡ്‌ഡുകളോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് . 19-8-1998-0 ) 84/97(الم / പി, ഡബ്ല്യൂ . ആന്റ് ടി.യിൽ പറയുന്ന നിബന്ധനകളും കൂടാതെ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിൽ ബാധകമായിരിക്കും . കേരള കരാറുകാരുടെ മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയ ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ഇതിനും കൺസ്ട്രക്‌ഷൻ കോർപ്പറേഷൻ , ലേ, ബർ കോൺട്രാക്‌ട് സൊസൈററികൾ എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് നിയമ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും . അപേക്ഷകർ അതാത് പ്രവർത്തിയുടെ അടങ്കൽ തുക യുടെ 40 ശതമാനത്തിൽ കുറയാത്തതും സമാന സ്വഭാവ മുളളതുമായ ഒരു പ്രവർത്തിയെങ്കിലും ചെയ്ത തീർത്തിട്ടുളളവരുമായ ' എ ' ക്ലാസ, കരാറുകാർ ആയിരി . ഇതിനുളള രേഖകൾ രജിസ്‌റോർഡ് തപാലിലോ സ്‌പീഡ് പോസ്ററ് മുഖാന്തിരമോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
