Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent , IMCH, Medical College Calicut , Kerala will obtain the requisite tender forms in which the tenders to be submitted . Applicatiou for tender forms should be accompanied by the cash remittance as noted above for a set of tender forms , which will not be refunded under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Postage stamp , Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Mony Order willbe accepted . If tender forms are to be send by post Rs . 50 should be paid additionally towards the postage coverge . Tender should be accompanied by EMD amounting to one per cent (rounded to nearest one rupee) of the total cost of the articles tendered for .
