TENDER NOTICE
20th January 2009 ,
No. D2-1294/2008.
The tenders should be superscribed with tender number, date and addressed to the Principal, ITI, Kollam. Late and incomplere traders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at the time and date mentioned above in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. The tenders. should be in the prescribed form which can be obtained from the Office of the Principal on payment of the cost mentioned above .
Sealed and competitive tenders are Invited for the supply of items specified in the list required the draining purpose of ITI , Kollam. Total amount ofCost is Rs . 2,09,421 ( Two lakhs Nine Thousand Four hundred and Twenty one only) .
Cost of tender form:
Original Rs . 400+ 12.5% VAT .
Duplicate-Rs. 2004-12.5% VAT.
Last date and time of sale of tender form- 12-2-2009 , 3 p . m.
Last date and time of receipt of tender- 12-2-2009, 4 p . m.
Date and timeof opening of tender-13-2-2009, 3p. m.
Those who desire to get the tender forms by post should sent cost of the tender form+ postage by Money Order along with their application in favour of the Principal , ITI , Kollam- 14, which circumstances , is not refundable under any Tender forms are not transferable . Drafts , Cheques , and Postal Order will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and tender forms will not be sent by V.I.P. Duplicate forms will be issued on remittance of the prescribed rate . Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs , 50 required for executing the State agreement along with tender will be supplied to the firms outside the on remittance of Rs. 75 by M.O. , Rs . 25 is intended for postage and incidental of total cost of the articles tendered should be furnished with every tender Validity period is 3 months from opening of tender, the as D.D. date of The Principal , ITI Kollam reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders or any of the tenders without nasigning reasons thereon.
