TENDER NOTICE
No. MZ (D) -6448/2008 .
20thDecember 2008 .
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of the dietary articles to the Directorate of Museums and Zoos , Thiruvananthapuram for the period from 1-4-2009 to 31-3-2010 .
The tenders should be superscribed as " Tender for the supply of Dietary articles to Thiruvana- thapuram Zoo for the period 2009-2010" addressed to the Director of Museums and Zoos , Thiruvananthapuram and should be in the prescribed and 10th FEB . 2009 ]
tender forms . The last date for receipt of the tender will be 18-2-2009, till 1 p . n . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p . m. on 18-2-2009 at the Office of the Director, Museums and Zoos , Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representa- tiveswho choose to be present at that time . The tenders should be submitted with the following documents .
1. Earnest Money Deposit @ .1 % of the total cost of items quoted by way of Demand Draft drawn in of Director Museums and Zoos , Thiruvananthapuram. favour
2. Solvency Certificate for 10% of the total quoted amount .
3. Valid licence obtained from the loca I bodies for the sale of beef/mutton/meet (for the supply ofbeef/mutton/ meet only) 4. Agreement in the prescribed stamp paper worth Rs.50 . format n Intending tenderers may on application to the Director of Museums and Zoos , obtain the requisite form containing dietary items on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 2,000 + ST which is the price fixed for the form and which is not refundable under any circum- stances .
The tender forms can be got from the office from 10-2-2009 to 17-2-2009 . Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required willbe issued for Rs . 1000+ ST per copy .
Tenders which lack the required documents , such us sufficient EMD , solvency etc. will be summarily rejected even if the rates quoted are the lowest. Samples of non-perishable items should be submitted along with the tender .
The undersigned reserves the right to reject or postpone the tender . Further details can be had from the Office of the Director of Museums and Zoos, Thiruvananthapuram during office hours.
സാധനങ്ങൾ കാഴ്ചബംഗ്ലാവ്- മൃഗശാല വിഭാഗത്തിൽ 2009- 2010 വർഷത്തേക്ക് (2009 ഏപ്രിൽ 1 മുതൽ 2010 മാർച്ച് 31 വരെ ) തിരുവനന്തപുരം മൃഗശാലയിലേക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് താൽപ്പര്യമുളള കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും സീലുവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 18-2-2009 - ന് പകൽ ഒരു മണിക്കുമുമ്പായി കാഴ്ച ബംഗ്ലാവ് - മൃഗശാല ഡയറക്‌ടറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു

കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . അന്നേ ദിവസം 18-2-2009 - m ") 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന താണ്" .
ദർഘാസുകൾ 2009-3010 വർഷം ഭക്ഷണസാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ " എന്ന മേലെഴു ത്തോടുകൂടിയതും നിശ്‌ചിതഫോറത്തിലും വച്ചതുമായിരിക്കണം . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന രേഖകളും സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാ .
1. നിരക്കു കാണിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം ,
2. നിരക്കു കാണിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്ത തുകയുടെ 10%- കുറയാതെയുള സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കററ് .
3 . 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറ് .
4. സ്വയംഭരണ മൃഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ഈച്ചി വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് സ്‌ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള നിയമാനുസൃതമായ ലൈസൻസ് (ഇറച്ചിയുടെ നിരക്ക് ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുമാത്രം ) .
നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ് ററായി വേണം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത് . ദർഘാസുകൾ 18-2-2009 - ന് പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരാകുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടേയോ അവർ രേഖാമൂലം ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവരുടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിശ്‌ചിത (സാധനങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടിക ഉൾപ്പെടെ ) കാഴ്ച്ച ബംഗ്ലാവും മൃഗശാലയും ഡയറക്‌ടറുടെ തിരുവനന്ത പുരത്തെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 10-2-2009 മുതൽ 17-2-2009-ാം തീയതി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്കു പുറമെ നിലവിലുള്ള സ്‌റ്റോർ പർച്ചേയ്‌സ് നിയമങ്ങൾക്കും വിധേയമായിട്ടായിരിക്കണം സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം അസ്‌സലിന് 2,000 രൂപയും ( രണ്ടായിരം : രൂപ മാത്രം) വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും, പകർപ്പിന് 1,000 രൂപയും (ആയിരം രൂപ മാത്രം) വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയുമാണ' .വിൽപന നികുതിയ ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാററ ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . മതിയായ നിരതവ്യവും മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുളള മറ രേഖകളും ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്തവരുടെ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന്തിരിക്കുന്ന നിറക്കുകൾ കുറവാണെങ്കിൽ പോലും പരിഗണിക്കാതെ നിരസി ക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം കെട്ടുപോകാത്ത ഇന ങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട സാധനങ്ങളുടെ സാമ്പിളും സമർപ്പി ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന വിശദമാക്കാതെ ഈ ടെണ്ടർ ചെയ്യാനും അധികാരം അധികാരിക്ക് കാരണം മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനും റദ്ദ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
