The application for tender schedule should supported by Certificate ofprior experience in work as mentioned above obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition . Necessary Certificate in this effect shall be produced from the officers concerned not below the rank of Executive Engineer .
