പെരിങ്ങമ്മല ജില്ലാ കൃഷിത്തോട്ടത്തിലേക്ക് (1) ചാണകം-75 ഘനമീറ്റർ (2) ആറ്റുമണൽ-25 ഘനമീറ്റർ അളവിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കിത്തരുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുളളവരിൽ നിന്നും ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠് ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു.
നിബന്ധനകൾ
1. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 400 രൂപ + വാറ്റ് നിരക്കിൽ 24-2-2009 വരെയുളള പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഫാം ആഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
2. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ നി›ിത സ്ഥലത്ത് മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ സാധനങ്ങൾ ഓരോന്നിനും യൂണിറ്റ് അളവിന് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന തുക വ്യ‡മായി എഴുതിയി രിക്കണം.
3. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 25-2-2009-ന് 11 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി സൂപ്ര≠്, ജില്ലാ കൃഷിത്തോട്ടം, പെരിങ്ങമ്മല എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠ താണ്. ദർഘാസ് കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "ആറ്റുമണൽ, ചാണകം- ദർഘാസ്" എന്നെഴുതിയിരിക്കണം.
4. 25-2-2009-ന് 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ തുക രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരി ക്കുന്നയാളുടെ പേർക്ക് താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്ന തുമായിരിക്കും.
5. താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസറുടെ അനുമതിക്ക് വിധേയമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
6. ദർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി ലഭിക്കുന്ന വ്യ‡ി, ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നുളള നിർദ്ദേശപ്രകാരമുളള അളവിലും, സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും സാധനങ്ങൾ എത്തിക്കേ≠ താണ്.
7. അവിചാരിതമായ കാരണങ്ങളാൽ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ദർഘാസ് ദിവസം അവധി വന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് നടപടികൾ നടക്കുന്നതായി രിക്കും.
8. കൂടാതെ മറ്റ് സർക്കാർ ദർഘാസുകൾക്കുളള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments and other accessories to the various Departments of Govt. College, Kasaragod under State Plan (2008-09) Starting of New Courses.
The tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Lab Equipments and other accessories to the various Departments of this College, under State Plan (2008-09) Starting of New Courses." and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Kasaragod, Vidyanagar. P. O., Kasaragod.
The last date and time for the receipt of the tender will be 21-2-2009, 2 p.m. and the same will be opened at 4 p.m. on the same day in the presence the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Late tender will not be accepted on any account.
Approximate Cost–Rs. 5,00,000.
The application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 728 [Rs. 700+ 28 (S. T.)] being the cost of tender form including sales tax. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed at 2 p. m. on 21-2-2009.
Cheques, D. D. or the Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form. Those who require the tender form by post, should send an amount of Rs. 778 [Rs. 728+ 50 (Postal charge) ] by Money Order. Application for tender form, to be sent by post, will be entertained only up to 12-2-2009, 2 p. m.
Rates and conditions for the supply of Lab equipments, maximum period required for the delivery of articles should clearly be mentioned. The rates should remain stable till 31-3-2009.
Every tender should be accompanied by an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 and an E. M. D. of 1% of the quoted value in the form of D. D. in favour of the Principal, Government College, Kasaragod.
Tender without E. M. D. will be rejected, but from the firms which are exempted from furnishing E. M. D. on production of clear documentary evidence. Whenever2 purchase of computer is made, the machine with accessories will be tested by L. B. S. or competent authority and payment made after that.
The undersigned reserves the right to extend, cancel, or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

Security Deposit & Agreement—The successful tenderer will have to deposit a Security Deposit, for an amount equal to 5% of the amount of contract and will have to sign an agreement containing the general and special conditions prescribed by Government. Period of Completion & Guarantee—Period of completion of the work will be three months from the date of signing the contract. The boats should be guaranteed for a minimum period of 2 years against any manufacturing defect.

Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of furniture required for the training purpose of ITI, Kollam. Total amount of cost is Rs. 1,25,065 (One lakh twenty five thousand and sixty five only).

Tender forms are not transferable Draft, Cheque and Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and tender forms will not be send by VPP. Duplicate tenders will be issued on remittance of the prescribed rate. Intending tenderers may on application to the Controller, Legal Metrology obtain the requisite tender form by a cash remittance of Rs. 1040 (Rupees one thousand and forty only) which is the price fixed for a form. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed at 3 p. m. on 24-2-2009. Cheques, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor will the forms be sent per V.P. P. Duplicate tender form, if required will be issued for Rs. 520 per copy. 3. നി›ിത സമയം കഴിഞ്ഞ് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
4. പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ തപാലായി ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ കൂടി തപാൽ ചെലവിനായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

The tender should be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit equivalent to 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered for as Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Controller, Legal Metrology, Thiruvananthapuram payable at Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50. The price quoted for the equipments should be inclusive of all taxes, and for minimum 1 year warranty. The tenderers may quote for any one or more items. The undersigned will have power to postpone/cancel the tender. The rate tendered shall have validity upto 30-4-2009. If the last date of sale/opening happens to be a holiday, tender will be sold/opened at the same time on the next working day. The supply should be effected within 7 days from the date of hearing of the acceptance of tenders. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason.
