SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. 835/D.1/2009/Sty. 27th January 2009.
Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase and removal of used Gunnysacks and Plastic sacks from Various stores of Stationery Department and Government Presses all over Kerala during 2009-10.
Tender No.—143/2008-09.
EMD—Rs. 5,000.
Cost of tender forms:
Original—Rs. 1,125.
Duplicate—Rs. 563.
Last date and time of sale of tender forms—
6-3-2009, 3 p. m.
Last date and time for receipt of tenders—7-3-2009,
12 Noon.
Date and time of opening of tenders—7-3-2009, 3 p. m.
The tenders shall have the superscription "Tender No. 143/2008-09 for the Contract for used Gunnysacks and Plastic sacks 2009-10" and should be addressed to the "Controller of Stationery, P. M. G. Junction, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033" by Registered Post. Each tender should be accompanied an E. M. D. for Rs. 5,000 and as a Solvency Certificate for Rs. 50,000.
The Solvency Certificate shall be obtained from the Tahsildar of the Taluk in which the tenderer resides and the date of issue of the Solvency Certificate should be after the date of issue of this notification. Tenders without Solvency Certificate, Preliminary agreement and EMD will be rejected outrightly. Late tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders will be opened by the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram or any officer authorized by him in the presence of such of the tenderers of their authorized representatives who may be present at the time.
Intending tenderers on application to the Controller of Stationery, P. M. G. Junction, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033 may obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of the cost fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Tender forms and other details can be obtained from the Office of the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram.

കരാർ ഏറ്റെടുക്കാൻ താല്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷ സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ, പി. എം. ജി.
ജംഗ്ഷൻ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-33 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ നൽ കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില പണമായോ, മണിയോർഡറായോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ചെക്ക്, ഡി. ഡി., പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ഒരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നല്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളും കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങളും സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
