Whereas, the National Insurance Company has deposited with this Court ag amount of Rs. 2,61,660(Rupees Two lakhs sixty one thousand six hundred and sixty only) as Workmen's Gampensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri Rameshan , Jibin Nivas , P. O. Koyyode, Kannur District who met with a fatal accident on 20-3-2001 arising out of an in the course of his employment under the above employer .
കെ. എ. രാമചന്ദ്രൻ , ചുരക്കോട് കുളം ഹൗസ് , നോക്കിവരവെ അത്തിപൊററ , പി . ഒ . തരൂർ , ആലത്തൂർ കീഴിൽ ജോലി തൊഴിലുടമയുടെ അപകടമുണ്ടായി 6-6-1973 -ാം തീയതി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശിവാനന്ദൻ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ആലത്തൂർ തഹശീൽദാർ 17,317രൂപ ( പതിനേഴായിരത്തി മുന്നൂറി പതിനേഴം രൂപ മാത്രം ) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടി വച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് . വർക്ക്മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ ആക്‌ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി ) വകുപ്പനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ചപ്രകാരം മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശിവാനന്ദൻ LaceLen?... ( 1 ) ശ്യാമളാദേവി (സഹോദരി ) , വർമ്മ മാർക്കററ് , കുണ്ടകോളനി , ശിവമന്ദിർ അരികെ , ബൻഗൽ നോയിഡ- 201 304 (2) പ്രേമലത , ശിവകുപ , എത്തന്നൂർ , പാലക്കാട്' . ( 3 ) മാലിനി , 3/63 , സാഗർ സൊസൈററി , B/W എസ് . എൽ . ഹേഗ ഹോസ്‌പിറാൽ , മാഹിമ കോ‌വേ ബി.ബി. 16 എന്നിവർ മാത്രമെ ഉളളൂവെന്ന് ആലത്തൂർ അസിസ്ററൻറ് അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് . അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതമാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മാറാരെങ്കിലുമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുളള ഓഫീസർ അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗസററിൽ പ്രസിദ്‌ധീ കരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെം മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും തെളിയിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . സമയപരിധിക്കകം യാതൊരവകാശ

Daughter 11 Now, therefore , notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims in writing before the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation , Kannur within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette . If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above . Claims, if any preferred thereafter will not be considered.
Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other person claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims , in writing before the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation , Kannur within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette . If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit , the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above .above . കേരളഫോറസ് ററ " ഡെവലപ്പ് മെൻറ് കോർപ്പറേഷൻറ കിഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമുണ്ടായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ (ശ്രീ , മാടസ്വാമിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്ന തിനായി 2,19,416 ( ലക്ഷത്തി പത്തൊൻപതിനായിരത്തി നാനൂറ്റി പതിനാറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) 900 ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ ടിയാൻറെ ആശ്രിതരായി ( 1 ) കമലം ( മാതാവ് ) 68 വയസ് , ( 2 ) സത്യവാണസത്യവാണി ( ഭാര്യ) 15 , 36 വയസ് (3) സംഗീത (๑๐) ടിയാൻറ (4) സുഭാഷ് ( മകൻ ) 13 വയസ് , (5) സുചിത (മകൾ) 11 വയസ്, കമ്പാല ടീ പി . ഒ . തലപ്പുഴ എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു . ആശ്രിതരായി ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെ ടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലുംം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസററിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടു ത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി അവകാശം തെളിയി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിർദ്ദിഷ്‌ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു . അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യക്തികൾക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . വിതരണ ഹർജികൾ No. B- 882/2008 .
