The tender for pre - qualification and execution of the following work is invited by the Superintending Engineer , Roads and Bridges South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram from financially soun and well experienced Registered " A " Class Contractors / Firms of Kerala Public Works Depart- ment/Irrigation Department who have successfully completed at least one similar work costing more than 40% ( Forty percentage) of the Estimate PAC of work during the last five years . The application for tender schedule should supported by certificate of prior experience in work as mentioned below obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule willbe issued only to those w'10 satisfy this con lition . Necessary certificate in this effect shall be produced from the officers concerned not below the rank of Executive Engineer . Tenders should be submitted so as to reach the undersigned on or before the date and time prescribed for the work as belowby Registered Post/Speed Post . The receipt in Form T. R. 5 towards the purchase of tender schedule should be enclosed along the tender documents . Tender by Courier Service will not be accepted .

The filled up and signed P.Q. bids along with all required proforma and questionaires and certificates (in triplicate) with E. M. D. for Rs . 50,000 pledged in favour of undersigned with executed preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper for Rs. 50 in one sealed cover (P. Q. bids by Chief Engineer's Committee and only those of the bidder who have became pre-qualified for the particular work .
The date and time of opening ofof prices bid will be intimated to the P. Q. Contractors /Firms concerned in time . The tenderers of those who have not become qualified will notbe considered on any account .

1. കഴിഞ്ഞ 5 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷങ്ങളിൽ വാർഷിക ഇടപാട് തുക 126 ലക്ഷം രൂപയിൽ കുറയാത്ത പ്രവൃത്തികൾ സമാനമായ സർക്കാർ ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . ആയതിൻറെ ഏററവും പുതിയ വർഷത്തിലെ ബാലൻസ് 021700 (ടേൺ ഓവർ കണക്ക് ) ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം .
2. അപേക്ഷകർ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ എസ്റിമേറ് അടങ്കൽ തുക 84 ലക്ഷം രൂപയെങ്കിലും വരുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തി ഒററ കരാറിൽ തൃപ്‌തികരമായി കഴിഞ്ഞ 3 വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഏഏറെറടുത്ത് പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചിരിക്കണം .
3 കോൺട്രാക് ററ് തുകയുടെ 10% ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരൻറി നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള സാമ്പത്തികശേഷി സ്വന്തമായി ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . ഇതിനായി ഈ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ തരുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറാ " ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം .

കേരള കൺസ്ട്രക്ഷൻ കോർപ്പറേഷൻ കുറഞ്ഞ ദർഘാസുകൾ സാർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരൻ്റെ ദർഘാസ് തുകയിൽ നിന്നും 10 % കൂടുതൽ വരെ അനുവദനീയ മാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ചോദ്യാവലികളടങ്ങിയ മുൻയോഗ്യതാ ഫോറങ്ങൾ ( 3 കോപ്പി ) നിരതദ്രവ്യം , പ്രിലിമിനറി , എഗ്രിമെൻറ് എന്നിവ അടക്കം ആദ്യത്തെ കവറിലും പ്രവൃത്തിക്കുള്ള ദർഘാസ് രണ്ടാമത്തെ കവറിലും പ്രത്യേകം മുദ്രവെച്ച കവറുകളിൽ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത് പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേരും മററും യഥാവിധി കവറിന് മുകളിൽ എഴുതി താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ ഓഫീസിൽ ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 4 മണിക്ക മുൻപായി എത്തുന്നവിധത്തിൽ രജിസ്ട്രേഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . (കൊറിയർ സർവ്വീസിൽ വരുന്ന തപാലുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല) . തപാൽ തകരാര് മൂലമോ മറേതെങ്കിലും കാരണ വശാലോ നിശ്ചിതസമയം കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറ് യാതൊരുവിധമായ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വവും ഏറെറടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ സർക്കാർ പൊതു അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കു കയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം നിശ്‌ചിത സമയം വരെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
