കേരള സർക്കാർ ദർഘാസുകൾക്ക് ബാധകമാകുന്ന എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ് . ഉപകരണ ങ്ങളുടെ എല്ലാ വിവരങ്ങളും ദർഘാസ ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം ലഭ്യമാണ് . ദർഘാസിൻറ കാലാവധി ഈ ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയത് മുതൽ 6 മാസത്തേക്കായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
