of for оп Scaled tenders are invited for the supply of "Open Book O. C.R. Scanning and Software " for an amount Rs. 50,000 ( Rupees Fifty thousand only) the fund allotted under UGC assistance scheme 2008-09 to Government College of Teacher Education, Kozhikode . The last date receipt of tender in this office is at 3 p.m. 2-3-2009 . Late tenders will not be accepted on any account . Tenders will be opened at 4 p . m. on the same day in the presence of those tenderers or their nominees who may be present at that time. The intending tenderers may on application to the Principal obtain requisite tender forms in which tender should be submitted.
Application for tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 440 including sales tax and for duplicate Rs . 220 including Sales-Tax which is not refundable under any circum- stances . Tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p . m . on 2-3-2009 . Cheques , Demand Draft and Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tenders forms. Tender forms will not be sent by V. P. P. Those who require tender form by post should sent the cost of tender form ( including Sales Tax and postal charges) of Rs . 482 by Money Order . Tenders should also be accompanied by requisite E.M.D. ( 1 %).
More details can be had from the undersigned during working hours . The payment towards the items supplied will be made only after getting the certificate from LBS or other competent authority in this regard.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof.

An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only) is to be submitted along with the tender . Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they request for the same and remitby Money Order an additional amount of Rs . 70 (Rs . Seventy only) . Duplicate tender form if any required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy only to those who purchase the original tender form .
The Principal reserves himself the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments for Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery under the Plan Scheme for a total amount of Rs . 5,00,000 ( Rupees Five lakhs only) .
ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ പണമായോ മണി ഓർഡറായോ 450 രൂപ അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകളുടെ വില തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ഫോമുകൾ an, an ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . வெக , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻറെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻറെകൂടെ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ 1 % തുക ഇ.എം.ഡി. അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
