കേരള ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് ആറ് വാട്ടർ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ഫാബ്രിക്കേററ് ചെയ്ത് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിലേക്കായി താൽപ്പര മുളളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 5 /2008 -ാം നമ്പരായ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . മേൽപ്പടി ദർഘാസിന്റെ വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
Scaled tenders are invited for the fabrication of Six Numbers of Water tenders to Fire and Rescue Services Department, Thiuvananthapuram . Details of items can be had along with the tender forms. The tenders are to reach the undersigned before 5p. mon 2-3-2009 .
The tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. 5/2008 " and addressed to the Commandant General , Home Guards , Civil Defence, Fire and Rescue Services Headquarters , Housing Board Junction , Thiruvananthapuram- 1 . Late tenders will be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 3-3-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. not
അസ്സൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വില 1,000 രൂപയും 4 % മൂല്യാധിഷ്ഠിത നികുതിയും ഈ ആഫീ സിൽ ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ദർഘാസ് ഫാറ ത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി 500 രൂപയും 4 % മൂല്യാധിഷ്ഠിത നികുതിയും ഒടുക്കേണ്ടടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .റ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറത്തിൻറഫാറ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 28-2-2009, 3 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . "നിശ്ചിത ഫാറത്തിലുളള ദീർഘാസുകൾ മുമ്പായി ஊ ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പ്രസ്തുത തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . 3-3-2009 രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നി ദധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും , ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . 2-3-2009, ഓഫീസിൽ 5 മണിക്ക
ഈ ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധ‌ിച്ച വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ, വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ , ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ മുതലായവ കമാണ്ടൻറ് ജനറൽ , ഹോം ഗാർഡ്സ് , "സിവിൽ 2 , ഫയർ ' ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് , ഡിഫൻസ് ഹൗസിംഗ് ബോർഡ് ജംഗ്‌ഷൻ , പുളിമൂട്, പി.ഒ. , ചെങ്കൽചൂള , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -1 എന്ന ആഫീസറുടെ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പോസ്ററൽ ദാർഡർ , പോസ്‌റോജ് സ്ററാമ്പ് , ചെക്ക് , ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് എന്നിവയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . വില
Intending tenderers may on application to the Commandant General obtain the requisite tender torms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance/Money Order of Rs . 1,000 + 4% VAT (Round to next rupee) per copy, which is the price fixed by Government and is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 28-2-2009 . Neither Cheques , Bank Drafts , Postal Order, Postage Stamp etc. will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the tender forms be send per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be supplied @ Rs . 500 + 4 % VAT per copy . The tenderers are to be read the general conditions given in the tender forms carefully before the forms are filled up .
