The cost ofthe tender forms will be accepted only by cash or Money Order . The tender should be superscribed with tender No. and date and addressed to the Director of Training, Industrial Training Department, Thycaud , Thiruvananthapuram - 14 . Late tenders will not be accepted . One per cent of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit. Validity period 3 months from the date of opening of the tenders , otherwise will be rejected. Tenders in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 (Rupces fifty only) otherwise the tender will not be considered. Stamp Paper will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala, if required by remitting Rs . 75 (Rupees seventy five only) separately by Money Order (Rs . 25 is intended to cover, postage and incidental expenses) . Tender forms are not transferable .

ഒറിജിനൽ മേൽ ഒർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ മണിഓർഡറായിട്ടോ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു . ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ "ഡയറക്‌ടർ , വ്യാവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പ്, തൈക്കാട് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -14" വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് പേപ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം" ആകെ വിലയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപ (അൻപത രൂപ മാത്രം ) വിലയുളള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഭർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ മൂന്നു മാസം വരെ വില നിരക്ക് : പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . അല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനി കൾക്ക് മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ 75 രൂപ. ( എഴുപത്തി അഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം ) മണിഓർഡറായി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രപ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് ( മണിയോർഡർ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ ) . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല .

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tenders should be superscribed with tender number, date and addressed to the Principal , I.T.I. , Areacode , Malappuram District . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at the time and date given above in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal obtain the requisite tender forms on which tender should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of the price of the form in favour of the Principal, Government I.T.I. , Areacode , which is not refundable under any circumstances . Those who wish to get the tender forms by post should send an extra amount of Rs . 10 by way of Money Order . Tender forms are not transferable .

Drafts, Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms and the form will not be send by V.P.P. Duplicate tender form will be issued on remittance of the prescribed cost .

Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only ) is required for executing the agreement along with the tender . Tender will be supplied to the firms outside Kerala on remittance of Rs . 60 (Rupees Sixty only) separatelyby Money Order Rs . 10 is intended to cover postage and incidental expenses .

Along with tender an amount which is not less than one percent of the tender value should be enclosed as security deposit . Security deposit should be in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the Principal , I.T.I. , Areacode , Malappuram District .
