Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 85/2008-09 for the supply of Quickset Superior Quality Inks for the use of Printing Department is invited by the undersigned. The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 25-2-2009 at 1 p . m . and the same will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers ог their authorised representatives who may be present at that tume. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the under- signed on cash payment of Rs . 400+ VAT 4 % for original form and Rs . 200+ VAT 4 % for duplicate . Cheques , Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted owards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by Registered pcst subject to a cash payment by М. О. inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale tender forms will be closed at 1 p . m . on 25-2-2009 . An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed alongwith the tenders . Money Orders will be entertained only upto 18-2-2009 and the purpose of sending money Order should be specified in M. O. coupon clearly . Late tenders , tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1 % of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 will not be accepted on any account . of

സർക്കാർ അച്ചുകൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ക്വിക്സെററ സുപ്പീരിയർ ക്വാളിററി ഇങ്കുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 25-2-2009, 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും 3 ๑๓ ദിവസം ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതല പ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 85/2008-09 സുപ്പീരിയർ ക്വാളിററി ഇന് വിതരണം ദർഘാസ് ഉപലേഖനം സംബന് ധിച്ച ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിരച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഗ്ലാസ് ടംബറുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 3-3-2009, 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ( CTT) ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതല പ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 90/2008-09 $0 വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച ടംബ്ലറുകൾ എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം , താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ഗവൺമെൻറ് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്‌ദിഷ്‌ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 400 രൂപ + 4 % മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂരിക്കേററ്റ് 200 രൂപ + 4 % മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം സെൻട്രൽ (പ്രസ്‌സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്ന താണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ, തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ 2000. വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ , മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റേജ് ചെലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുക യാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം രജിസ്റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് . 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രി മെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്‌ദിഷ്‌ട ഫാറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ 150 രൂപ + വാററം 4 % നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് 100 രൂപ + 4 % വാറ്റ് നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്‌സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റോജ് ചെലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുക യാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് രജിസ്റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് . 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും 5 24-2-2009 വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരി ക്കുകയുളളു . മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്ത്‌തമായി കതയുടെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ട താണ് .
