The envelope containing the tenders superscribed with the Number , Name of Tender and due date for the tender must be addressed to the Principal , Government Engineering College, Painavu , Idukki.
Cost of the tender form is Rs . 150+ VAT and Rs. 75++VAT by cash for original and dupli.ate respectively (Rs . 200 and Rs . 100 by post) . Belated tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Cheques , Drafts , Postal Orders are not acceptable . Further details can be had from this office.
The tender forms which are not accompanied by the agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 and an Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of the total cost of the items offered will be rejected. Outside firms , who desire to be supplied with Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of Rs . 50 along with the cost of tender form . The tender forms can be obtained from the undersigned upto 3 p . m . on 26-2-2009 by cash and by Money Order upto 3 p . m. on 20-2-2009 .
