Thiruvananthapuram, 16th January2009 .
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub- rule (4) of Rule 8 and Rule 8A of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby extend the area of practice already assigned to Sri Josy Joseph , Advocate & Notary, Manickanam- parambil House , Mannarkad P. O. , Palakkad District in the Mannarkkad Taluk in the Revenue District of Palakkad for five years with effect from 29-1-2008 vide Notification No. 26800/H4 /2007 /Law dated 25-3-2008 to the whole Revenue District of Palakkad with effect from 27-12-2008 .

Lal Bahadur Sashthri Road, Kunnathurmedu , Palakkad in the Palakkad Taluk in the Revenue District of Palakkad for five years with effect from 15-2-2007 vide Notification No. 11069 /H4/2006/ Law dated 8-5-2007 to the whole Revenue District of Palakkad .
