The application for tender schedule should supported by Certificate of prior experience in work as mentioned above obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition . Necessary Certificate in this effect shall be produced from the officers concerned not below the rank of Executive Engineer . Tenders should be submitted so as to reach the undersigned on or before the date and time prescribed for the work as below by Registered Post/Speed Post . The receipt in Form T. Competitive postal tenders in sealed covers superscribing the name of work is invited under two cover system for and on behalf of the Governor ofKerala by the undersigned from "A" class or equivalent registered contractors ( individual/ firm) of theKerala Public Works Department, upto 4p. m. on 11-3-2009 . Technical bids shall be opened by the Superintending Engineer or by an authorized officer on the same day at 4.30 p . m in the presence of tenderers present . The Department will not be responsible in any way for the non- receipt of tenders in time due to the postal or any other delay.
The technical bid will be examined and decided by the Chief Engineer's Tender Committee and qualified bidders will be intimated . Financial bid of pre- qualified bidders shall be notifying the date and time to the qualified bidders . opened after opened Technical bid and financial bid and EMD shall be enclosed in separate covers superscribing "Technical Bid" and " Financial Bid" as the case maybe and both covers along with the containing E. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. Programme for execution.:
1st6months 35% 2nd 6 months 70% last 6 months 100% These works are to be completed within time schedule furnished .
2. The prospective tenderers (individual/ firm) have to mobilise the required machinery for the work by themselves .
3. The prospective tenderer should have completed at least one work of similar nature costing at least 50 % of the PAC of the work tendered during the last 5 years. Tender forms shall be issued only to those tenderers (individual/ firm) who produce certificate to this effect issued by the concerned Executive Engineer.
4. No tender on joint venture is acceptable . 5. The tenderer shall enclose a programme chart of work along with the tender.
6. Receipt of sale of tender form must be attached along with the tender .
7. The rates quoted by the tenderer will be final and there would be no post- tender negotiations regarding the quoted rates .
8. A pre -bid meeting will be held at 11 a.m. on4-3-2009 at the office of the undersigned.

7. കരാറുകാരന രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന നിരക്കുകൾ അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് തുറന്നതിനുശേഷം നിരക്കുകളിൽ യാതൊരു വിധ നീക്കുപോക്കുകളും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നജല്ല.
3. പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരുടെ മുൻ ഘാസ് യോഗം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ വച്ച് 4-3-2009 , 11 മണിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
