SHORT TENDER NOTICE
Sale oftender forms will be closed at 2 p.m. on 10-3-2009 . Cheques , Postage Stamps , Demand Drafts, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms will be issued at Rs . 208 per copy .

പാലക്കാട് ഗവൺമെൻറ് വിക്ടോറിയ കോളേജി ലേക്ക് ലബോറട്ടറി ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച കൊളള്ളുന്നു . വിതരണം ക്ഷണിച്ചു Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments 2008-09 for the cost of Rs . 68,080 for the use of Government Victoria College, Palakkad .
അടങ്കൽ തുക 68,080 രൂപ ,
The tenders should be superscribed " Tender No. A5-117/09 ( UGC ) supply of Lab Equipments" and addressed to " The Principal , Government Victoria College, Palakkad - 678 001 ". The filled tenders should reach this office on or before 10-3-2009 , 2p.m. Late tenders will not be considered under The tenders will be opened any circumstances . at 3 p. m . on 10-3-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിൻ്റെ പുറത്ത് "ദർഘാസ് ലബോറട്ടറി നമ്പർ 5-117/09 (໙. 21. 1.) ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിതരണം 2008-09 എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതും ഗവൺമെൻറ് വിക്ടോറിയ കോളേജ് , പാലക്കാട്- 678 001 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 10-3-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും 10-3-2009 പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരായിട്ടുളള കരാറു കാരുടെടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻറിൻറയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ Intending tenderers may on application to " The Principal , Govt . Victoria College , Palakkad - 678 001 " obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by money order or cash remittance of Rs . 416 (Rupees Four hundred and sixteen only) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable.
