TENDER NOTICE
No. P ( 1 ) -4952/2008 .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the following items to Ground Water Department from Authorised Dealers/Manufacturers .
Tender No. -P( 1) /4952/2008 .

The tender should be superscribed with tender number and name of the item, each in separate sealed cover addressed to the Director , Ground Water Department , Jalavijnana Bhavan , Ambalamukku , Kowdiar P.O. , Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State, Pin- 695 003. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened on 11-3-2009 at 3 p . m . in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Sale of tender forms will start with effect from 25-2-2009 at 11 a . m. nd will be closed at 12 Noon op 11-3-2009 . The tenders should reach the undersigned on or before 2 p . m . on11-3-2009.
Intending tenderers may give application to the Director, Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Thiruvananthapuram , Kerala State, Pin- 695 003 to obtain the requisite tender forms . Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance/Money Order in favour of the Director,Ground Water Department , Ambalamukku, Kowdiar P.O. , Thiruvananthapuram-695 003 at the price fixed for a tender form/set of forms and it is not refundable under any circumstances . Cheques/ Drafts or Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . No tender forms will be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued on payment . An Earnest Money Deposit of 1 % of the total value has to be submitted along with the tender offer .
An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 ( Rupees Fifty only) should be submitted with each tender form. Stamp paper will be supplied outside Kerala with tender form on payment of Rs . 75 (Rs . 50 for stamp paper and Rs . 25 for postal and incidental charges ) which maybe remitted by money order along with the cost of tender forms .
All Governmeat rules prevailing will be applicable to this tender. Due to any reason if the tender opening day is declared as a holiday, the tenders willbe opened on the next working day . The Director is empowered to cancel tender without assigning reasons thereof.
യഥാർത്ഥ ഭൂജല വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ / മെഷിനാികൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി തഥ നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത വിതരണക്കാർ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ പി ( 1 ) / 4952 /2008 . ഇനവിവരം 140 എം.എം. 6 കെ.ജി / സി.എം . പി , വി , സി . പൈപ്പ് . അളവ് ,എണ്ണം 4500 മീററർ . അടങ്കൽ തുക..... രൂപ 13,50,000 . നിരതദ്രവ്യം 1% . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻ്റെ വില : അസ്സൽ -790 രൂപ .

ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വില രൊക്കമായോ മണിയോർഡറായോ ( തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല ) അദച്ച് ഒറിജിനൽ നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ/ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻറുമാർ / വിതരണക്കാർ എന്ന് തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കററ് സഹിതം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ ഡയറക്ടർ , ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ് , അമ്പലമുക്ക് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -3 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാദുളളതല്ല . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അസ്സൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ പ്രത്യേകം കവറുകളിൽ മുദ്രണം ചെയ്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഇനവും ഖേപ്പെടുത്തി ഡയറക്ടർ , ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ് , അമ്പലമുക്ക് , കവടിയാർ പി . ഒ . , തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 11-3-2009-ന ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി എത്തിക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 11-3-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് സന്നിഹിതരായ ദർഘാസു കാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയോടൊപ്പം നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 25-2-2009 - ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് തുടങ്ങി 11-3-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഓരോ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പവും 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെൻറ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികളിലേക്ക് മുദ്രപ്പത്രം നൽകുന്നതിന് 75 രൂപ മണിദാർഡറായി ครตาย ഇതിൽ 25 രൂപ പോസ്ററൽ ചാർജ്ജിനാണ് ചെക്കുകൾ , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ , ബാങ്ക് (ഡാഫ്ററുകൾ മുതലായവ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ വി, പി , പി , ആയി അയയ്ക്കു ന്നതല്ല . നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 1 % ദർഘാസിൻറെകൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം ഡയറക്‌ടറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്ത‌മാണ് . ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ തൊട്ടടതൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ടെണ്ടർ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
