TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Machines required for the Soap Manufacturing Unit of the Central Prison, Thiruvananthapuram.
General The tender should be superscribed with the Number , Name of Tender and addressed to the Additional Director (Prisons) , Prisons Thiruvananthapuram-12. Headquarters, of Police Poojappura, Approximate cost-Rs . 2,10,000.
Cost of tender form :
Original Rs . 500+VAT . Duplicate Rs . 300+VAT .
Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% EMD will be 12 Noon on 12-3-2009 and will be opened at 4 p . m . on the same day, in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Late tenders will not be accepted . The rates quoted must be valid upto 30-6-2009 .
Tender forms may be obtained from the Office of the Additional Director General of Police ( Prisons) .
The cost of tender forms shall not be refunded under any circumstances . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 12 Noon on 11-3-2009 .
Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. Further details are available from Prisons Headquarters during office hours .
തിരുവനന്തപുരം സെൻട്രൽ ജയിലിലെ സോപ്പ് യൂണിററിലേക്കാവശ്യമായ മെഷീനുകൾ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർമ്മാണ വിതരണം ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
കവറിനു അഡീഷണൽ മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ മുകളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാനുദേശിക്കു സിൻറെ ക്രമനമ്പരും പേരും എഴുതി ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ് പോലീസ് ( പ്രിസൺസ്) , ആസ്ഥാന കാര്യാലയം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം 12 ജയിൽ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .
അടങ്കൽ തുക 2,10,000 രൂപ . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില :
അസ്സൽ -രൂപ 500 + വാറ്റ് . പകർപ്പ് --രൂപ 300 + വാറാ" .
ദർഘാസുകൾ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം സഹിതം സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 12-3-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണി . ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 12-3-2009 , 4 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ നിരക്ക് 30-6-2009 വരെ പ്രാബല്യത്തിലുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം .
അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ همه പോലീസ് ( (പ്രിസൺസ് ) , തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിൻെ ഓഫീസിൽ രൊക്കം പണമടച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ,ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിൽപ്പന 11-3-2009-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ഫോറത്തിൻറെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി . പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കു കയോ ചെക്ക് , പോസ്‌റോജ് സ്ററാമ്പ് മുതലായവ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ജയിൽ ആസ്ഥാന കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ് .
